Food arrived quickly and for me it was the perfect portion. For my husband, it wouldn't have been. The Kettle Chips were absolutely delicious. They wee fresh and beautifully seasoned. I ordered the Sanctum Steak & Egg from the Brunch menu. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 12-4pm. Side options included Tater Tots or Fruit. I opted for the Tater Tots. The Sanctum Steak & Egg was assembled on a Brioche Bun with a generous serving of Bellringer Aioli. The sandwich was flavorful and very filling. The Tater Tots too were fresh and perfectly seasoned. They were hot, crispy and delicious. I indulged in the Lavender Dream Drop seasonal cocktail. My only complaint was that the glass it was served in was not big enough. There was a good balance and taste of the vodka, lemon juice and housemade lavender syrup.
