The minute I left I was thinking of all my friends and family that I want to have see Dr. Harding. She spends a lot of time with you to discover everything bothering you. When she is done, she will have many recommendations for you. It may be vitamin and health related, and not just a prescription. Note: plan on going on a day when you have plenty of time. I was with her over 3 hours. If you can't wait that long, take the day off. If that doesn't work, you can go to another Dr that will have you in and out in minutes, along with a new prescription.

I told them over the phone I didn't know when I could reschedule so I needed to cancel it for the time being. They said they would take care of it. That was on a Sunday. So, why then did I keep receiving emails and texts about this appointment that they supposedly cancelled for me? I called again on a Saturday and same thing, "they took care of it". I then emailed them because I was still getting notifications about this appointment and over email they said they would take care of it. Today, day of the appointment that "they cancelled", I get another two texts! I'm beyond frustrated with this whole ordeal. I should not and have never had to contact an office this many times to try to cancel an appointment. I cannot speak on behalf of their services but this experience trying to get an appointment cancelled, with more than a week's notice, is just so insane to me! I've never had issues like this ever. I called to confirm this place was an urgent care and that they were open. The woman was polite on the phone and told me they were open and they weren't busy at all at the moment. So I zipped over and she was right, no one was in the waiting room. Just me myself and I. They work on a walk-in basis FYI. I was seen within 2-3 minutes of checking in. The doctor came to my exam room within a couple minutes of my vitals and info being taken. Dr. Hornung was who saw me and he was professional and nice. I was in and out of here in 20 minutes but they didn't rush me at all. It was spectacular service for someone who had no energy from being sick. This place is located at the corner of Eola/New York St. They are right next to Paulie's Bar & Grill and there is a subway right there too. The whole office and waiting area was super clean and tidy.
