Also, if you are disabled, there is one bathroom in the pool area that is designed properly but it is frequently used by non disabled people who leave it gross and dirty. The ladies bathroom has a shower with handles but the bench is too big for the shower and is used by patrons to rest their belongings while in the sauna. Also, non disabled patrons use it when regular showers are open (probably because they like to put their gym bag on the bench chair) leaving people with movement issues to either have to wait or risk a fall by using the regular showers.

Not racking weights. And, causing a general over crowding. As a paying member you're funding a neighborhood day care rather than getting in a workout with your limited time. You pay for a black membership and you have teens sitting in the massage chairs they haven't paid for. After 2-3pm this place is useless. I've always heard mediocre things about planet fitness. At first I thought this one might be different but it's living up to its terrible reputation. Good riddance.
