AVOID!! This company is a scam. They are using fake profiles on Facebook to join community Facebook groups and pretend they are local and offer discount. They wont confirm an appointment. They have lots of fake profiles and like each others posts, which are usually just local Police Department news stories, or articles about developments in the local area. I had hired daffy ducts for a cleaning on my air conditioning ducts through a "salesman" on FB that listed it on my community page in Braselton. I initially reached out and I kid you not this salesperson reached out every 5 mins every single day and was being super pushy about it. We ended up purchasing a house in Gainesville and it needed air cleaning BAD. So, I decided to reach out to this guy cause maybe he really just needed the business. I confirmed with him (Tenner) multiple times that daffy ducts was doing the job and if he had a website for me to see and read reviews before they came out. He sent me the website and all the info I needed and it looked legit. Cleaning day comes.. I unfortunately was doing some work and couldn't come out for a while but my bf was home and had made them start the job. By the time I was done they were half way through their job and I realized that they had a different company come out to my house. They were under the name Wolf air care. So i reached out to my sales person but no answer. So then I called daffy ducts and asked if they had us in their system and maybe they were too busy and gave the job to a different company.. they stated they don't even service Gainesville and that they do not subcontract other companies.. it was all a scam and these people use this tactic because they must be new or not licensed technicians! And they had this happen before and even put a warning on their website that they will never send out a different company and all their technicians are certified and will wear a daffy ducts shirt, the van would be branded and they would always send out their clients the technicians certificate when they are on their way to the job site. I then realized we were being scammed so I asked the guys performing the job at my house what was going on and explained to them what my concerns were, they stated they didn't know anything and were simply given the job by their "boss" and gave me the owners phone number. I called the owner and long story short she "realized" she was probably scammed by this guy who was the salesperson too.. But here is where this gets extra sketchy. The guys also had their "Boss" give me a call and it was this Indian guy that basically didnt know jack about his technicians and could not even provide certificates that they were actually licensed to perform air duct cleaning. The machines they brought were a shop vac and did a semi OK job, we still had to get them recleaned by a different company. anyways, I start to do more research on this Tenner salesperson and it turns out its a fake profile! He had a picture of a white guy with his wife as his profile picture but everything after that was indian writting and everything indian related!! had no friends, no comments, no likes, nothing to make him look like a real person. I tried to face time him and he kept hanging up on me and then at the end he told me to F off and blocked me after I simply asked to prove to me he was real and just to answer. I do have to give SOME credit to the owner because she did issue me a full refund and i was able to get someone else to come do the poor job they did. After this the scammer "boss" kept txting to me telling me i should tip his guys because they still came out and do the job and how sad this made them and how karma was going to get back at me.. lol I already reported all of this to the BBB warned the admins to my old community page on facebook regarding this huge scam. I personally think this is just a new company with no reviews on yelp or google that are from actual customers, so they unfortunately decided to get business the wrong way. read more

Called this company since my ducts needed to be checked, they came home and found out i had mold, but they did an amazing job! They took all they mold out and cleaned to perfection my air ducts!! Now i can rest assure im breathing clean air for the winter . Super recommended guys! Honest and affordable!! read more
