I've also come to Cain Center in the past for the Yoga Fusion class (led by Lee Middlebrooks), & the shallow water aerobics (led by Tamara & Keith Bennett). I usually liked to stay in the pool after the organized aerobics class so that I can swim some laps. There is also a campground & picnic area (I think it has RV hookups available?) with public restroom on Charlya & Caroline.
