I've also come to Cain Center in the past for the Yoga Fusion class (led by Lee Middlebrooks), & the shallow water aerobics (led by Tamara & Keith Bennett). I usually liked to stay in the pool after the organized aerobics class so that I can swim some laps. I kinda wish there were more classes available at various other times throughout the day, & not just in the morning.

Sandy Creek has a wonderful walking trail that runs through a small wooded area. This year Emory added a small splash pad and restrooms to the park. They are also adding 16 picnic tables. I hope in the future they will redo the playground, but we will see. It is a great park for exercise, children to play, fishing or to just sit and relax.

We hated going to 24 Hour and LA Fitness due to people not getting off the court on time when their game was up. They have a full court and a half court too. Between games, we used the half court. I like that it feels like country or woodsy living, with a good amount of privacy & isolation, but neighbors are always nearby. Great & safe place for walking, jogging, & biking! There's even a boat dock by the community clubhouse. (Outdoor, uncovered boat storage available to residents.) Also a community pool (open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, 10am-9pm) that goes to 9 feet deep. There is also a kiddie playground, & there used to be a tennis or basketball court. There is also a campground & picnic area (I think it has RV hookups available?) with public restroom on Charlya & Caroline. Lots of wildlife sightings (deer, racoons, foxes, possums, frogs, skunks, armadillas)! If you have pets, be sure to keep them spayed/neutered & updated on all shots!
