The 4 Spare Ribs would be enough for 2 people. For our Mains, Carmel had CHICKEN WITH WATER CHESTNUTS AND BAMBOO SHOOTS, plus boiled rice. This was delicious. I had SWEET AND SOUR PORK and NOODLES. It was tasty, but the pork was not of great quality, which is why I seldom have this. We drank a 1/2 bottle of wine and finished up with a pot of tea.
