I unfortunately can't remember the exact name of the dish because i can't find a full menu online. This dish was extremely delicious! All of the vegetables were fresh and nothing was too salty. If anything it tasted a little on the bland side in terms of saltiness. But I loved it!!!! This dish truly made me feel as if I was nourishing my body with wholesome pure foods. I recommend checking out the museum attached to this restaurant because it's FREE and has great history of Ireland! When we arrived in Galway, we decided to find something a little lighter/healthier, so we were thrilled when our search yielded the TGO Falafel Bar. A cute little vegan takeout place, that does a brisk business. The service was top notch, and the open kitchen allowed us to creepily watch as the food was being prepared. I liked that I watched them cut the falafel balls in half, so that even though my wrap had two balls, they were distributed evenly throughout. I was also impressed with the amount of food that was shoved into our wraps/pitas. The pita seemed to fall apart a bit from the liquid, so wrap is definitely the easier one to eat on the go, while the pita gets you more food for only an extra euro or so. If we lived here, this is where we would get most of our meals from.
