The chicken didn't have the typical flavour that butter chicken have when the meat is cooked with the sauce. Also the butter chicken sauce was a bit too sweet for me and too creamy. The sag paneer on the other hand was a hit for me. This dish felt like a genuine traditional Indian dish. The spice was just right and not oily. Another plus for me was the service. Overall, the place felt grubby and neglected. I ordered a mixed grill with raita, only to be told they no longer do raita. That seemed to set the tone -- anything requiring freshness is off the menu. Neither the waiter nor the menu could provide allergen information, which in 2026 is astonishing.
