Day five of our two-week trip to Ireland and we found ourselves needing a break from traditional Irish food. Our airbnb host suggested this place and I'm so glad she did - the food is fantastic.
We ordered the chicken tikka karahi and chicken tikka madras. The madras was spicier and the veggies were more finely blended. The meals came with drinks, rice, hard naan and dipping sauces. I didn't care for the sauces, which were a sweet mustard and diced onions. We also ordered a garlic naan, which was very good and great for dipping in our meals.
We ordered takeout, so I can't speak to the table service. However, the restaurant was nicely decorated. We waited about 15 minutes for our food and during that time a couple of locals came in to place orders.
The total cost for our meal was €27. This place is a gem! read more
