Don't follow signs for the town centre! Instead, follow signs as if you're leaving town and you'll eventually hit signs with a theatre sign on it Also, once you enter the car park, it's totally confusing. Completely by chance, my friend and I chose the blue car park, which happened to the car park closest to the theatre. However, that didn't actually turn out to be so lucky later on when it took us half an hour to get out of the car park. My tip would probably be to park in one of the other car parks and walk The theatre is located on the 1st floor though the floor numbering system is confusing with what seem to be 3 sub basement levels! Despite there being a big food court visible on the ground floor, it was shut and the poor notices about this meant that we spent a fruitless 10 minutes trying to get down to the food court! The show was great but the Peacocks Centre didn't make a good first impression with us

The selection at this store is quite vast, but can feel sometimes like a random selection of items with very little order to structure to the place. The layout is quite crowded for a store of this size, with clothes often dumped in heaps on the floor or thrown onto the display shelves in disorder. The quality of the clothes is also quite poor - I accidentally bought a top in Primark that had somehow managed to be sewn with the straps entangled, and was virtually unwearable. The staff seem friendly and the service is good, but the queues are often quite long and the temperature in the store is often uncomfortably hot for no explicable reason. Of course, the prices of items are, as would be expected, low.

There is a shoe section but this is predominantly for women. This is quite a small Primark compared to some I've been in. The main problems in this store are that in the summer it is like stepping into a sauna, as there is no air conditioning, and believe me, it gets HOT! The other bug bear is if you go on a Saturday, expect to have to queue for quite a while. Apart from that, not a bad shop for bargains!

We do not go often enough to remember the changes and it must have taken us twice as long as previously. We have to keep looking for staff who can tell us where things are and they cannot enjoy this continual distraction. Meat tends to be packaged in portions for 2 or 4 and larger joints are harder to come by. The fresh meat and fish counters vary in terms of stock but all is good. The deli is excellent with a good choice. Waitrose entertains is available in store as is glass hire. Staff are vey friendly and offer good assistance. There is a self-scan facility which speeds up checkout. Waitrose are participating in a community scheme benefitting local charities at the moment which appeals. Battery and plastic bag recycling are available in store. The car park is well maintatined and trolleys and baskets are always available, dry and in good condition. Opening hours vary throughout the week with extended hours towards the weekend.

There is a toy section with a reasonable range of toys, games and children's craft material. Prices are good for some items and expensive for others - you need to know what you are looking at. Stationery items are stocked but personally I find these quite expensive. Odd items include seasonal goods, fancy goods, cake decorations and books. The card section is reasonable (certainly more selection than Waitrose opposite) and they have started to respond to pricing of the cheaper shops with some card bargains to be had. Staff are OK although can be a bit grumpy. A full range of lottery services is available. The sweet section varies in size but is good for kids.
