We ordered salt and pepper chips which arrived plain and luke warm. The chips looked like they had been sitting for a while and then recooked for the order. The food was so bland and mostly cold. My partner couldn't even eat hers it was that bad to taste. She ended up only eating the egg fried rice. Now I understand that issues can happen and therefore we decided to call the take away to complain about the order. And this for me is where the problem really began. Most take always would normally accept responsibility l, apologise and resend the food. NOT this take away. The lady who I spoke to was so rude, refused to accept any sort of responsibility or offer to rectify the situation. She called me a liar on the phone! And when I told her that I would be leaving a bad review for this, she responded to say I will reply to the review and tell people you are liar! I have NEVER ever experienced such terrible customer service. And I warn everyone to avoid this take away, as they simply do not understand The value of customer service and will quite happily take £25.00 of you and simply call you a liar over the phone if you dare to express your frustrations over poor quality food. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

It is in the same place where 'Vietnamese Noodle bar' used to be. Its not the same owners but its very similar food. Its Great service, and the staff are happy to help you try and understand anything your unsure about. Around 6-8pm its quiet busy. but you STILL get hot food fast!!! They do deliverys or pick up. they do most meals, and if they dont they're usually happy enough to sort it out for you. We love this place and go quiet regulaly (once a fortnight)

Everything was super fresh, very tasty, piping hot, and flavorful. WE had about 6 in the group and they had no problems accommodating us. Drink service was a little slow, but no biggie, they were a little busy. Only thing I can NOT suggest. . the crispy pork "ends". . .I should have known when the waitress asked, "are you sure". . it was pig arse. Straight up, spongy, shite tasting bits. Presented very well, but getting it past the nose was even a chore. I know they can be done well, but these weren't even clean it seemed. . . Oh well. The rest of the food was GREAT! We had 4 apps, and a bunch of mains, and it was all great (sans ass holes). Parking can be iffy on London Road. I stay on Woodhead, so it's not that bad a walk when I am in Sheffield.
