As a food court restaurant, this stand is definitely not bad. My husband and I ordered a noodle bowl and a lamb skewer. The noodle bowl ingredients is based on weight. So you can pick and choose what ingredients you want from the buffet style at the stand. The lamb skewer was slightly dry but crunchy and flavorful. Even my daughters both try to steal them from us. If I am back at the mall, I will definitely go back and try their other skewer and noodle.

The skewers were not fully cooked - they were completely pink on the inside. Avoid unless you want to get sick!

The food wasn't bad, actually quite tasty but I guess my taste buds are used to the more unhealthy, "fake" American Chinese food. Moreover, the server was nice but it was evident her English was a bit lacking so when I asked for a lychee martini, she kept pointing to martini but didn't know what I meant by lychee (so I went for a cosmo instead no biggie). The food came out pretty fast once ordered but any questions we had about the dishes were answered rather ambiguously and when we wanted some chili oil/more napkins we had to kind of hunt the server down. And it was weird because the restaurant really wasn't that busy on a Sunday afternoon. So, overall I still enjoyed my birthday (would've been nice to kinda get called on it especially since the server "checked" my ID but again maybe she didn't really look at it), and I don't think I'd rush to try this restaurant again. However, it's still worth at least a first try! The soup was my favorite dish, very herbal flavors. Heavy on lemongrass so if you're expecting something a bit less fragrant like pho or ramen you probably wouldn't like the soup here.

Appetizers - Spicy peppers grilled - some very spicy, others not so bad. Cold sesame noodles were good. Kids were good with the scallion pancakes and spring rolls. Xiaolongbao were good, but not as juicy as a Tasty Moment. Sliced potatoes with green pepper was ok, not sour enough and potatoes a bit overcooked and falling apart. Fish in soupy style was spicy as was the pork blood in chili oil, but perhaps too much MSG as we were all thirsty after that part of the meal. Tofu in sizzling style was more of a sweet & sour tofu - no sizzling but interesting rice cakes. Smoky pork in Szechuan style was good, not too spicy. Beef stew in a clay pot was good, too. Spicy stuff ended up being not our taste, but the non-spicy dishes were good. Overall, mixed on the food but the service was great.

A few of us had been talking about trying it for a while, and it totally lived up to the hype. The vibe inside was welcoming and comfortable, and the whole hot pot experience made lunch feel like something fun and different instead of just a quick meal. We picked a broth and then ordered a bunch of meats, vegetables, and noodles to share. Everything tasted really fresh, and the broth was full of flavor from the start and got even better as we kept cooking. It's the kind of place where you end up trying a little bit of everything, and it's perfect for a group because everyone can customize their own bites. We also appreciated that it didn't feel rushed, even though it was lunchtime. Service was great too. The staff was friendly, checked on us often enough without hovering, and helped explain options for anyone who hadn't done hot pot before. That made a big difference, especially with a bigger group. By the time we finished, we were already talking about coming back. I definitely plan to return soon with my family, and I can also see myself bringing a few colleagues here as well. It's a great spot for catching up, doing a casual group lunch, or just getting a really satisfying meal.

Lamb flap was the best part of the lamb-skip the leg it's a bit tough. Service was great tho. Really nice guy. It was slow because they were understaffed but hey quality over quantity.
