At the time…read moreof signing the contract on 2/24/21 I was given a delivery date for the block within 2-3 days. It is now August, nothing has been delivered or started. The only thing to show for this project is a trail of excuses on Greenscapes part and them blaming the customer for why they have failed to deliver on contracted work. They have refused to refund my money on two occasions now. This has led to me having to get the NC Attorneys office involved, which Greenscapes has failed to send communication back on. Appalling business practices, lies, and deceit are all I have faced with this company. They deserve less than one star, but that is unfortunately the lowest selection to give on this. Based on other responses I've seen to their poor ratings, I fully expect to get gaslighted for this feedback. I can assure you that I am a real person and have been forced to go to these extremes in order to get my money back for their failure to deliver. Do not sign anything with them unless you want to waste your time and more of your money.
