I am not supposed to be upset, that the first thing the drive thru tellers ask, is if I didn't get the money I am not supposed to be upset, that the teller takes my I.D but doesn't ask whether the funds came out of checking or saving., then claims that the checking account is overdrawn, because of bounce protection (the day before the direct deposit comes through), but I took the funds out of savings. Like ATM's only takes funds out of checking accounts. I am not supposed to be upset, when the teller says that I don't have the funds in the savings account, but fails to understand that I tried to get the last $20 out of the ATM and it deducted that amount. That is why it wasn't available after that.. I am not supposed to be upset that he basically says I am SOL. That he doesn't say to go inside the bank to solve this. I am just supposed to allow this bank to STEAL $20 of my money. I am not supposed to call this telling that he is a, FUCKING INCOMPETENT TELLER. So; I get my account closed, after 12 years of doing banking with them, because I'm not to swear at the incompetent teller.

When I realized the payment was late I brought it current but Merchants refused my goodwill letter request to erase the late payment from my credit score, and it's haunting me now as I am looking to buy a new home. Merchants only cares about customer service when they are collecting interest from you.
