This had me returning three times to the old housing to complete the move by myself. 4) Movers did not bring tools to disassemble the two beds. Fortunately, the ones they borrowed from me seemed to work. 5) The move could not be completed in the day that it was hired for. Therefore, they had to return on the following day. 6) Finally, the reassemble of the single bed was not done properly, and it is now hazardous to use it. 7) When complained in writing the company did not even respond...
