The work was satisfactory but lost on why the tech feigned the request to sending me notes on what I needed to be done at home. If you see a customer coming in, you stop what you are doing and engage the person and/or direct a coworker to answer instead of keeping socializing and playing PC games. The owner or manager came in soon but I didn't like that wait when I retrieved my PC. (6/21 found they have a gaming den that may have only been guests.) I won't take them off my list since I live in the neighborhood and the work was done. The rest seems shady.

Some have said that they can be a little absent minded, well, yes. A little. But this is the computer crowd we are talking about. We all are.
