One of my shift keys had become dislodged, so I was in search of a new one, obviously. But after meeting with this guy a couple of times, who was well aware of the situation, he waited until a few weeks in to tell me that the key is backlogged for almost half a year. I have a hard time believing this, and he didn't even ask if I wanted to wait for it. He just kind of shrugged and brushed me off like that. Absolutely never again.

After that they said their general manager would run the security cameras to check and see what happened and that same week he quit. So I had to wait 2 more weeks for anything. Then their district manager had to get involved and he ran the security cameras and it showed they recycled my Xbox series X. They switched the work orders with another Xbox then label my xbox unrepairable then recyled it. Then their insurance cut me short for reimbursement to where I have to pay a few hundred for a new xbox out of my pocket. I never recommend getting anything fixed here or even dealing with them in anyway. Out of all our interactions I was called ONCE about my repair. I called them over 20 TIMES. COMEPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AT ALL!
