Everyone in the office has a lovely smile, makes eye contact and seems happy to be at work. Dr Philbin was such a gift. I had a moment of panic right before surgery and he sat with me and did not rush me through it. He listened to every concern and answered every question. My surgery was performed at Southdale Fairview and I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with my care team. Post-surgery, Dr Philbin and his patient coordinator have answered every email within hours, usually minutes, made time for me and seen me when it is necessary. I am 2 months out and almost wish i had another reason to see them regularly. I highly HIGHLY recommend him and his office.

I…read morepicked this facility because it had decent reviews but I guess I just got the worst doctor there. Lets start from the beginning. The first time I met Dr. Wilke I was hopeful. I had needed symmetry in my breasts and bigger implants and switching from a saline to a gummy. He suggested a lift as well. I didn't really want a lift yet at my young age but I felt he knew best and agreed on the procedure. I had met with a few other surgeons prior to Dr. Wilke and none had mentioned a lift and that should have been my first red flag. Also Dr. Wilke has a strange tick that is rather unsettling and distracting when you try and have a conversation with him. Its a weird facial tick thing and it may not bother some people but it bothered me. The day of my surgery comes and I was a bit nervous. Not terribly but a little anxious and I kept asking his staff if I'll be able to talk to the doctor before my surgery. They assured me i could and when the time came and I finally talked to the doctor before the surgery he scolded me for being aggressive to his staff and making them uncomfortable and that if I didn't calm down he wasn't going to perform the surgery. I was in shock. I should've told him right then and there to forget the whole thing but I was already hooked up to iv's etc and had been excited for this surgery. So I apologized if I seemed aggressive and im still angry that I apologized!! I mean hasn't anyone been a little nervous before a surgery with him? Well you should be let me tell you. Right after the surgery I could tell both my breasts were not the same size. One was higher than the other! He told me to give them time to settle down. Well here it is over a year later and one is STILL higher than the other. But here is the unforgivable part in my eyes. They are obviously crooked and did he offer to fix them? No? What he DID say to me was "You have to admit, they look better than they did when you first came in." Excuse me what?? Are you kidding me? They were less crooked before than they are now but theyre just bigger. I wish I never would've chosen Dr. Wilke.

Karisa is such a delight. She took before pictures and asked a few questions before nurse Lindsey came in. Lindsey blew me away. First of all, she has incredible eye contact, says funny things, and is very educated on anatomy (she speaks intelligently it makes me feel secure, and develops great trust quickly). Lindsey took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the process, and when performing the procedure she had such a calm presence and demeanor and made for a more relaxing situation. Lindey helped with lip filler, cheek filler, and Botox. You could tell that patience and comfort are one of Lindsey's top priorities along with precision. I'm so happy my lips didn't bruise! My results thus far are amazing but still healing. The front office staff Dawn and Nick were a pleasure to interact with too. Nick did a great job with offering me a program I could sign up for and help same money at my next visits.

I received a call back from the desk staff, and was then told there was no appointment. I spoke to the office manager, and she refused to give me an appointment, even though I let her know I had called numerous times to get that appointment, waited almost 3 months for it, and she still refused. When I asked to speak with the doctor, they refused to let me speak with her as well, saying she was in surgery and they were the only ones to speak with clients. I asked the staff to have her call me when she was available. A week later, I have still not received a call back, nor the courtesy of a reply from anyone else in the office. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise if this is how this doctor handles her potential clients. (I only added 1 star to be able to post this review - it is actually a zero star review)

I had to pay 20k to get revision rhinoplasty because it was so bad. The doctor I saw for a revision even said it was pretty bad and messed up and super bulky on the bottom. He also just took my septum completely out instead of fixing it. So now I've spent 31k on my nose. I've attached the photo of his nose (top) that Dr.Mesna did, along with the one I just got from a different surgeon. It now looks way more natural and nice compared to what he did to me. I also have a septum now. I wouldn't recommend having rhinoplasty here. The pain you go through to do it and then it comes out bad is not ok. Along with how much it costs..

I saw Dr. Gryskiewicz a year ago for Botox injections. I wanted to have a consult before the…read moreappointment but he didn't see me. I was having injections of my glabellar which included the two corrugator muscles. Before he injected I asked if he would talk for a few minutes about placement of the injection site. I had done a little research. he said, "I'll do it my way". A few days later, I noticed wavy lines above my corrugator muscles and called the office. They said I could come in for a touch up. I just asked for a refund. They said the lines would 'go away'. Well, they haven't. And it will be a year in June, I've been to two other dermatologists and an occuplastic surgeon. And it is called corrugator muscle atrophy, either he used too much Botox or it was placed incorrectly. The occuplastic surgeon said he hadn't seen anything like it in his 30 years of practice. If I try a few other procedures like Rf microneedling or laser, it could cost quite a lot, since it has to be done more than once. I look at the lines every day and wish I had never seen this doctor.
