I was a client of Skingevity for nearly 3 years and spent over $12,000 on treatments. While I…read moreinitially had good Botox/Dysport results, over time I experienced inconsistent outcomes, including needing a correction for a "Spock brow," and felt I received dismissive responses when raising concerns. Later, I found significantly better and longer-lasting results elsewhere using fewer units. I also purchased a Neveskin package in September 2025 and was told treatments needed to be done weekly for best results. After my third session, the business relocated and remained closed for about 5 weeks, disrupting the treatment schedule, yet I continued receiving appointment confirmations during that time. When I later tried to use my remaining prepaid services (Neveskin and Restylane filler), I was told I would need to pay an additional $400 due to "inflation" despite already paying in full. When I asked for clarification on this policy, I received inconsistent answers and was told I was "attacking" the owner for asking questions. Overall, my experience raised concerns about consistency, communication, and honoring prepaid services.

I was previously a client at a different medical spa and had mixed results with my Juvederm lip injections, so I decided to try Wayzata Plastic Surgery since Kristie has a lot more experience with fillers. WOW I made the right choice! She leaves the numbing cream on for about 20 minutes and because of this I didn't feel a thing! The first poke I couldn't even tell if she'd started yet! Huge difference from the last place I went to where they only left it on for a minute or two... Ouch! But the real surprise was her technique; the woman gets it! I don't have lumps and bumps like I used to, and she didn't place it too close to the surface of my lip, so I didn't have any discoloration this time. She is so careful and has a great eye for detail, for example she noticed one side of my lip was slightly more round than the other so she added another tiny drop to even them out. The results are flawless; plump but subtle and not fake looking, which is exactly what I asked for. I'm officially a loyal client!

I travel bi-costally MGMT modeling... and in the process of building a house on Long Lake. I was seeking and trying to find a new place to do injection services I chanced it and it was a beyond a bad call! My clear and honest feelings of this issue that I encountered with the filler treatment, what's so negative in such ways as in uneven results, excessive swelling, or other adverse effects. My goals were definitely not met. I asked for a lip filler and she injected me above my upper lip, which made me look Like Homer Simpson. I had to go to Honey aesthetic, cosmetics In Minnetonka to dissolve and correct this monstrosity of a filler that was never supposed to be injected in that area to begin with. Which my gut feeling... I kind of felt that it was being done wrong at because I've done this plenty of times I've never been injected above my upper lip not ever not once. The nurse practitioner reassured me that she was in practice for three years in injectables and cosmetics procedures. What really disappoints me is that I trusted her and she completely screwed up my face. I'm not trying to come off by using unsubstantiated claims, but instead I am focusing on the specific aspects of the experience that led to my personal dissatisfaction. The impact of the wrongful filler experience on myself with physical discomfort, emotional distress, negative consequences due to the fact that I had my digitals done in New York City the following week and my agent was super upset with me. Which is why the severity of the situation and stress it caused me to negatively affect myself and my job. I strongly suggest for improvement by Flawless in Excelsior perhaps by supervising new injectors with a senior injectors and getting more practice and better direction on right and wrong techniques to use. The botox injection barely felt like anything and the lip filler wasn't bad at all. She used the topical numbing cream and she really does have a magic touch and she knows what she's talking about. My lips are still slightly swollen from the injection but I don't look crazy & I've had pretty much ZERO pain after the injections. Cannot recommend her enough!
