I moved from Maryland to Houston, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Half of my belongings were missing, broken, or completely destroyed, and they delivered furniture that didn't even belong to me. They never provided an accurate itemized list of what was picked up and delivered, making it impossible to track what was lost. Instead of taking responsibility, they started harassing me, threatening me, and even impersonating police officers over the phone. It took countless emails and relentless calls just to get them to acknowledge the mess they made, and instead of helping, they resorted to childish and disgusting harassment tactics. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration--DO NOT use this company. Check the Better Business Bureau and other review sites, and you'll see I'm not the only one with this kind of experience. "I don't know, maybe the guy needed to poop or something." Avoid at all costs. Do not use Witty Movers or United Choice Moving. UCM is a broker that contracts Witty. As soon as UCM lied to us about cost, pick up date, and space needed. UCM does not keep their promises on communication - every time I was told I would get an email or a call back, I didn't. After contracting with UCM, we were handed over to Witty. Witty's manager, Sam Saboy, was rude and unprofessional. When asked why the truck was an hour and a half late (after already moving the date from Friday to Sunday, which was not in the contract) he said "I don't know, maybe the guy needed to poop or something." At delivery, we were told to pay Witty - something that had never been communicated to me by Witty or UCM. The poor movers sat there until we finally got confirmation by UCM to pay them. The actual movers - I think a father-son team - were nice. They were just doing what their boss told them to. UCM billing did not call me back immediately, even though Sam Gaines the sales rep assured me they would. We were also upcharged on delivery - again, something neither UCM nor Witty communicated before. The unprofessionalism was astounding. Stay far away and be careful. Shout out to COREY in dispatch for consistently picking up and providing good service. AURELIO and OSCAR were AMAZING workers! Witty Movers is a moving company that gets hired by contractors. Your experience can be a hit or miss depending on your location and what moving companies are in your area. I worked with Ben at USMS. He gave me a quote after discussing what inventory I had in my household. There was pressure to put down a deposit via check or card (5% fee). The rest of the charge is to be split 50/50. The first payment would be the day of pickup. The second payment would be on delivery. Cash or money order only on these payments. Good service from Ben, who mentioned this was a binding quote meaning it is not to exceed price even if a customer goes over their truck and storage space (this was not the case). Ben guaranteed delivery within 5-7 days (also not the case). USMS contracted Witty Movers to pack and pick up my belongings. Witty Movers came to my house on the agreed date. It didn't seem like Witty Movers aligned with USMS on the binding pricing. On top of my quote, I was charged an extra 20% for little things like having a long walkway from the truck to the high rise, additional special packing for items like my TV, etc. This was an inconvenience because the upcharge also had to be in cash. The workers didn't start until 1.5 hours later because we debated about the upcharge. I deducted a star because I didn't appreciate the unexpected upcharge (cash only), delay, last-minute notice that my belongings were going to storage vs. hitting the road to the new location, and the workers pushed my comfort level to ask for more tips after they were late, and up-charged my quote. However, they did a great job with the packing process overall. Con: Witty Movers arrived at my location 2 weeks late from my delivery upon 5-to 7 days. Delays happen, it's understandable, but have a plan to stay at an Airbnb if you have no furniture. Pro: All my furniture was in one piece and in good condition. Nicole, Witty Movers helped us move from PA to TN at the beginning of June and I wanted to let you know we had a great experience with your company. From start to finish all our questions were answered clearly so we knew just what to expect. The pick up guys were very efficient and professional. This company is a sad example of how there truly are bad people in this world. Witty Movers were hired by my moving broker, United Choice Movers LLC, to deliver my things in my cross-country move. I owed them the $750 remaining on my $3852 contract, where it was written I could pay by Zelle. When I sent the Zelle on the day of my move - which they forced me to move a day early and arrived early, time they charged me for - my bank, Wells Fargo, told me the Zelle was on hold for my protection. The Witty Mover supervisor gaslit me, saying it was my fault, that I didn't have enough money, despite the basic functioning of Zelle being obvious that the payment couldn't even be attempted if one does not have the funds in their account. The Witty Movers representative told me that I needed to send another Zelle to them from another bank account, and I refused for obvious reasons. He threatened to hold my things hostage until I paid him cash, so I went to the bank where they explained that the Zelle was on hold for my protection, due to financial complaints against Witty Movers' account. I returned with a bank money order and I was told on the phone again by the supervisor that I owed them another $250 for the time they had spent waiting for me at the bank, and that they wouldn't accept a bank money order and that I had to go to a post office to get a post office money order. He said they would leave if I didn't pay the extra money. I returned to the bank to get the cash. I called the police and the movers onsite admitted to the police that what was happening to me happens often with other moves they do for Witty Movers. The cops tried mediating but they gaslit me and said they would leave if I didn't pay an additional $450, charging me for all the hours they worked, even though most of the hours were already included in my moving fee, and the extra time was their fault because they were in breach of contract not being able to accept my Zelle. I paid them the original $750 in cash plus the additional $450, just so they would stop holding my things hostage. read more

I was contacted by Witty while looking for a moving company online. The manager was friendly, accommodating, and low-pressure, assuring me that they would work within my time frames to make sure everything ran smoothly. I have recently moved from PA to CA and my belongings were stored in a POD unit in PA in Nov 2020, until we secured jobs and housing here in CA. Witty was hired to retrieve our goods from the PODS storage unit on June 20th, 2021, with a delivery window to CA between June 25th and Aug 1st, 2021. * It was agreed that I would pay by credit card over the phone at pick up. On June 20th, a friend met the truck at the PODS unit in PA, however, the truck, driver, nor movers were associated with Witty, and refused to start work unless paid in cash, by cashier's check, or digital payment (Venmo). I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Witty insisting (as my contract stated clearly) that I would be paying by credit card. They reluctantly agreed but charged a $980 credit card fee, * Most everything was already in boxes, furniture was padded using our own blankets, though there were a few clunky items that were secured in between other pieces rather than boxed. The driver said that all furniture must be padded, all loose items boxed. This cost extra labor and space, increasing our bill from the initial $5200 up to $7300. * When delivered, we discovered large items that should have been wrapped, thrown into boxes with smaller pieces of wooden furniture that had not been wrapped, the latter suffering considerable damage. They used wardrobe boxes, filled them with smaller boxes, or items that didn't need boxing. Fragile items that should have been boxed were not and sustained considerable damage). * While a few smaller items were wrapped with protective blankets, most of the wrapping was saran/cling wrap. The wardrobe boxes were half-empty, with large pockets of empty space. We were charged $2100 more dollars than the binding estimate because the load now 'took up more space.' They purposely created more space and used half-empty boxes to inflate the price. * The latest date in our delivery window was Aug 1st. Our goods arrived Aug. 26th. The contract states they can take up to 21 business days from the beginning of the window to deliver. Our goods arrived on exactly the 21st day. The truck, driver, and movers were not associated with Witty. Witty refused to take a credit card, and we were forced to pay via Venmo . *75% of our boxes were crushed. There was no regard for boxes marked fragile; they were typically beneath larger, heavier items. 12 of the 10 pieces of wooden furniture sustained aesthetic/structural damage. 50% of the boxes marked "fragile" have at least one broken item. Two large plastic storage cabinets had the legs broken off. They were filled with smaller boxes marked fragile - one was transported on its side, the other completely upside down. They are unusable, and the items within were either crushed, broken, or damaged. * It was nearly impossible to reach Witty during this ordeal. When I did get through, unable to give dates or times, or tell me where my belongings were 1 got 24 hours notice of delivery, but only because I called them. Not a single time after the deposit was made did they reach out or contact us, even when I left repeated voicemails. No one is holding this company accountable. Many consumers including myself have jointly appealed to local authorities, the FMSCA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), the OIG (Office of Inspector General), and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). All refused to investigate further or follow up on these multiple complaints. Please do not fall for their cheap rates. They offered me 100$ less than the best offer for moving. But I had to wait for more than 4 weeks to get my belongings after I told them to ship them from the warehouse. They always keep your belongings as hostage to get their money. The first thing they did during delivery is ask for money and did not unload until I paid them. Then I realized at 2 of my boxes and my mattress were missing. They delivered me wring boxes and wrong mattress. My insurance claim is still pending for these even after 4 months. Beware, that their standard insurance is by weight so for anything nice which they misplace you will only ever get pennies back. Overall, that 100$ discount has already cost me more than 2k in lost luggage. This is intended to be a detailed review of my experience with the United States Moving Services (USMC) of Fayetteville Georgia. Based on my experience I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company. I went with USMC because their rate seemed reasonable. Being a veteran, I recognized their company name USMC resembled that of the Marine Corp, (I suspect that is intentional), and they profess to be a family-owned business. However, trying to speak to the owner never happened no matter how many times I called and specifically asked to speak to an owner. I entered into a contract with USMC on November 9, 2022, with a move date of December 12, 2022, and a delivery date of December 16, 2022. I provided USMC Customer rep "William" with a detailed list of my household effects (HHE) which was used to determine the initial cost estimate was $3150 to be paid in three installments. I was called again on December 10, 2022, to fine tune my HHE holdings. Bear in mind this call came two (2) days before the move was to take place, which put me in a bind because it didn't give me sufficient time to fine another mover on such short notice. During this HHE assessment the cost more than doubled. It went from an initial estimate of $3150 to a grand total of $7945. I felt stuck since I had to be out of my apartment on December 12, 2022 It didn't get any better: Apparently USMS was acting as a broker (see paragraph 4 of USMS' contract) and farmed my move to Witty Movers of Maryland and from that point on USMS took no responsibility for the negligence and unprofessional moving practices of Witty Movers. CIS Pros also confirmed that USMS was acting as a broker and not the mover for my household effects (HHE). I called USMC Customer Service to confirm a primary delivery date of December 16, 2022, only to be told that my HHE would not be coming that day. USMC Customer Service told me that my HHE would be delivered anywhere from five (5) to seven (7) business days from my requested date of December 16, 2022. Witty Movers showed up on December 22, 2022. Before the delivery people began to unload my HHE they required the final payment in full, which I provided in cash. This was a very sneaky move because Witty Movers did not have all my HHE on the truck. Most disappointing was that all the items needed to assemble my bed were not in the initial shipment, which meant that I had to continue to sleep on the floor on an air mattress. When the truck showed up the movers couldn't open the door to the truck to unload. Apparently, my HHE was not properly tied down, which caused items to shift around blocking the rear door to open. The driver had to drive the truck forward and rapidly apply the brakes to shift things around again to allow the truck door to open. This resulted in several items being damaged. The remainder of my HHE finally arrived at 8 pm, December 30, 2022, by yet another independent contractor hired by Witty Movers. I filed a complaint with CSI Pros for property damages. I expected CSI Pros would gather all pertinent information and decide whether Witty Movers was negligent. CSI Pros only reviewed the insurance for damaged goods and did not investigate whether Witty Movers had acted negligently in properly securing my HHE. In short, do yourself a favor and do not do business with either of these two companies. Neither company has a clue what good customer service means. The moving experience with Witty Movers was horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their salesperson promised that my items would arrive earlier than final date in the window of time than the contract said it "might arrive" - that's on me for not asking for the arrival of goods date to be amended in writing to reflect to the salesperson's promises. The moving company breaking my stuff (household goods and several plastic bins they were packed in were broken) from lack of care and NOT DELIVERING ALL MY THINGS is entirely their fault though. What also is their fault is the refusals to communicate back when I tried reaching out by email, phone calls, and text nearly each day for 7+ days post-move because they won't give me an answer to "did you find my missing boxes and totes in your warehouse or in the moving truck?" I still have no idea if my stuff is missing/misplaced and might be returned, or if it was conveniently "lost" by one of their employees. Also, why didn't they offer a refund on part of my bill to offset the cost and inconvenience of their incompetence? They will hold your items hostage and take items they claimed were not on bill of lading.They took advantage of her kindness at pickup and built false trust. My move was brokered out to this company from Dedicated Van Lines, a company that misrepresents itself as long-distance movers. Relocating from Pennsylvania to New Mexico with this company was hands down the most egregious moving experience of my life. I do not know how to capture the level of dysfunction and fraudulent business practices fully but I shall try. They are the worst: 1. they doubled the cost of my move, 2. they destroyed and/or didn't bring ~$6k worth of my belongings, 3. my boxes were riddled with rodent feces, 4. they were ~2 weeks late, 5. when I called to get an updated delivery estimate their phone numbers were coming back disconnected and I thought all of my property was stolen for 24-48 hours, 6. it took 6 months for them to finally respond to my property damage claims which only happened after I began consulting plaintiff attorneys and threatened them with litigation, 7. the settlement they offered covered ~0.05% of the value of the property they damaged, destroyed, and didn't deliver. Broke/damaged several items, dug up our front yard with their truck and were downright rude on top of it all. Took our already boxed items and put them in bigger boxes to make it easier for them, counted our original boxes and then charged us for bigger boxes. We were charged nearly double the quote they gave us (based on our inventory list), it took 37 days for our stuff to arrive (we were quoted 3-5), and once it did arrive multiple items were missing (they don't know where the items are and have made no effort to fix the situation). I continuously call them and they tell me to wait another two weeks even though they clearly breached our contract. I am fearful that my wife will have to finish her pregnancy on an air mattress, my medical conditions tied to my disability status have worsened due to not having my bed specifically purchased for those reasons. Avoid this company! On the day of pick up, the services, responsiveness, integrity, terms and conditions of the contract began to fall apart. Witty Movers and Delivery. had arrived and were employed by United Best Moving LLC to perform my move. Witty Movers and Delivery decided to charge an additional $873.00 for a Safe, even though it was listed on the binding agreement in writing at the bottom of the contract, which I did show to the driver. I also pointed out they only listed a $500.00 surcharge for bulky items, but the change in price was $873.00. He ignored me and stated they (Witty) have an extra surcharge for bulky items. I made multiple phone calls to Witty Movers and Delivery. At no time was a phone call ever returned to me, nor was I ever allowed to speak with a Supervisor. I started documenting everything as I no longer had trust in this company. Witty Movers and Delivery Inc.'s driver then added more charges for packing and materials $1798.00. In the end, I asked for the driver's phone number, to which he told me he did not want to be in the middle of my problems with Witty Movers and Delivery. I remained calm and asked the driver to have his supervisor call me immediately, the driver told me that is not possible. At no time did they use boxes of their own, I had everything boxed already. The movers did use tape and blankets for the furniture and bicycles. After they finished loading everything, the driver then added more charges for additional cubic feet $562.50. I pointed out that additional fee was unnecessary since they had not been stacking everything to the roof of the moving truck. The last 6 to 8 feet of my household goods was simply placed onto the truck and not stacked and packed tightly, he replied that this was because they were returning to their warehouse and it would be stored there, but that he could look at items and tell the space requirements. They also charged me almost $1400 for a shuttle service, stating my house was in a location that big trucks could not access. First off, do a very careful inventory of your stuff and determine if you need movers or not. Unless you have expensive furniture, you might come out ahead throwing out heavier items and driving up with whatever you need. In my case, I decided at the last moment I didn't really need my furniture, opting to buy new stuff instead. But I already had these guys booked. They did an outstanding job. The move was completed very very fast. It isn't cheap, but let's break this down. Your asking multiple workers to transport your stuff cross country . Then they'll have to lift your heavy stuff multiple floors. Expect to pay about 30% more than your quote. To be fair, I vastly underestimated how much stuff I was moving. After the move was done I realized much of it was junk I should of thrown out, but that's my fault. I couldn't be happier. PS: Amazon delivers furniture for free, so it's often more economical to buy new Amazon stuff vs trying to keep that 6 year old couch. Thanks Witty ! read more

Can there be negative stars ?! What a financial nightmare. Witty Movers and United Best Mover (broker) are very unscrupulous. They prey on the unknowing who are just trying to save a bit of money but by the end, spend WAAAAY more than ever imagined! Could have, and should have gone with a National moving company - it would have cost just as much. All my stuff was already packed up in PODS and ready to go. The movers insisted they could not move my things in that condition and proceeded to repack using their materials .( 1st extra charge) Then because I underestimated how much stuff I had, it would take more space in the truck.(2nd extra charge) Now my original 2nd payment ( a third of the quote) was going to triple as would my 3rd payment ! Then I get a call 2 weeks later telling me that my payment didn't go thru ( he admitted problem was on their end) but I was only now just being to,d and if I don't pay right then - off the truck goes my stuff !! As if I was withholding funds ! Oh and now it'll still take almost to more weeks to get here ! The guy on the phone was rude, unprofessional, mean and even threatening. CAVEAT EMPTOR! On January 3, 2022, I contracted United Best Moving operated by Andrew Spooner, 3312 Northside Dr Macon GA, 31021 (800 544 5354) to move my personal property to Salters, South Carolina. The scheduled pick-up date was January 20, 2022, and delivery in Salters, SC by January 22, 2022. The contract amount for the move is $3600.13. According to the contract, I was to pay a binding fee of $1000, another $1000 the day my property is loaded onto the truck, and the remaining $1600 once the property is delivered in SC. I made the first two payment as required. The movers arrived on January 20, 2022, in the am. I met Mr. Naseer and three other personnel at the door and walked them through my home showing them all the items to be moved. I instructed them to remove the bed from my list as I will not be taking it to SC. Once reviewing all the property, Mr. Naseer said to me that they will be charging me for wrapping the furniture. I told him that was already calculated in my quote. Approximately, 20 minutes later Mr. Naseer said that one of the flat screen TVs needed to be re-boxed, @ $85. I explained to him that it is already bubble wrapped, card board boxed, and my full blanket was covering all of that. Additionally, with his quilted blanket on top of that it should be protected. One of the other movers told him it was fine. They continued wrapping all my items and loading them onto the truck. Mr. Naseer came to me again indicating that they would have to charge for the additional steps as I have four levels in my town house. I told him I already discussed that with the moving company, and they indicated that as long as the step were inside the home there would be no extra charge. I contacted United Best Moving so they can address what was going on and they did not answer. I called and emailed the representative that provided the quote and contract, and he did not answer. When they finished loading, I took a picture of the loaded truck and license plate. I noticed the truck was a Penske rental from MD and not a company truck. Mr. Naseer came upstairs and went over the inventory list with me. He indicated that he will have to charge me more since I have bulky items, in fact, it would be @ 550 cubic feet more. I told him no way and asked how he came to that number. He said he looked at the volume on the truck and came to that number. I told him you can't just come up with a number out of the blue and expect me to agree. I reminded Mr. Naseer that I had removed the bed from my inventory so my cubic feet should be less. He said it didn't matter, I had bulky items and it adds to the load. He indicated that my cost for the additional cubic feet is now $6033.88, and I had to give him $2500. I told him to take my items off the truck and put them back in my house. He said he is contracted to deliver the load to SC. I told him my contract is with United Best Moving, and according to my obligation, I am to pay $1000 more at the time of pick up. He said Witty Movers is his company not United Best Moving, they work with them and they would contact me. Mr. Naseer accepted the $1000, gave me the inventory list, and left with my property. Witty Movers contacted me indicating the delivery would be January 22, 2022. I was at the house on January 22, 2022 in Salters, SC and met the delivery drivers. It was the same Penske rental truck from MD. The driver told me they had completed their other deliveries, and I needed to pay them $4033.88 upfront before they would open the truck. I told the driver that is not the amount I owed, and that I would pay what I owed on my contract after I received the delivery. He refused to open the truck and deliver my property. The driver called Witty Movers. I called the Police in that Witty Movers is at my house in SC with my personal property in their truck and is refusing to release it. The Police came, Officer McKnight, 843 355-6381, and he tried to mediate the situation. He suggested that they unload half of the property, and once I verified the delivery, I could pay them half. I would then pay the remaining amount owed when the delivery is final. Witty Movers declined the officer's suggestion. I requested that charges of theft, illegal seizure and possession of my property be made against Witty Movers. Officer McKnight indicated that since this started in Washington, DC the charges would have to made there. Witty Movers left with my property, and I returned to Washington, DC on January 22, 2022. On the way back to Washington, DC, Witty Movers contacted me indicating my items would be in storage, and I would be charged for storage. I told them that I do not have a contract with them, and that I had fulfilled the terms of my agreement. This company "was" based in Baltimore at one point. They talked us into using them for our move from Maryland to California last October. They pestered and pledged they had insurance coverage, trained people and years of experience. They actually sent a ton of personnel who were fairly sure were undocumented and they broke antiques, tons of antique sirloin China, two very new flatscreens, etc. we were told to file an insurance claim. Last week their so called insurance refused to help, saying they "could no longer help us". Whatever you do... run as fast as you. An from this company. Anyone who tells you differently are probably inside friends. Our claim, had they actually honored it, would've been a few thousand dollars. They've shown they cannot be trusted based on our documented receipts, email discussion's and latest feedback from their "coverage company" that refused to acknowledge us. Do not use Witty -- they are a scam company. Make sure you look up reviews for Accolade, Cross State, Viti Bros, City Jump, Trucks on Call, and Future Van Lines -- you'll see they're almost universally negative. These are all shell companies formed by Shlomo (Sam) Dostekam and Lawrence Raigrodski. They'll quote you a price that seems reasonable, then they'll refuse to move your things until you pay thousands more. These companies have been sued by a number of people who have also been scammed. If you have been scammed, you should contact the Department of Transportation/FMCSA, as well as the local consumer protection department in your state. Moving scams are more frequent than you think. The worst moving experience EVER!!!!!!! These liars will say anything to get your business then lie to you every time you speak to them!! They scheduled my pick up for 11 a.m. when I requested late afternoon. My furnishings were in a storage facility and that left no time to overnight the keys to my friends to let them in the locker. So I booked a flight from Florida to Maryland for $400, non-refundable or changeable because it was so last minute and rented a car for $300. As I'm waiting to board my flight at 3 pm, they call again and say "oh sorry, we aren't going to be there until 3 pm!! This would have left plenty of time to overnight the keys. As if that weren't bad enough, one of their managers calls to berate me for being upset that they cost me over$700 I didn't need to spend!! Thank goodness I arrived at my storage facility early because they showed up at 2 instead of 3! The movers proceeded to tell me they couldn't move a lot of my things unless I paid them hundreds and hundreds of dollars to let them pack my things. I refused and they took what they deemed packed properly and left. Then came the e-mail that they had 21 business days to deliver my things!! I was shocked!! Three weeks?? Fast forward to my belongings arriving in Florida. Every single item was either damaged, broken or simply missing!!! Every piece of furniture is scratched, dented or flat out broken!! Mind you they packed every piece of furniture!!! I called the office that goes right to voice mail, shocker!! The men moving my things into my new home told me that happens to them when they call as well. So I start searching the internet and finally get a human on the phone who proceeds to tell me if I packed my stuff myself the insurance won't cover it!!! Though everything that was damaged was packed by them!!! I found chewed up items in my kitchen boxes and urine from mice on my clothes!! It's disgusting!! I would give zero stars if I could. Charged us double the orignal. Charged us for cubic feet that more Then the truck could actually hold and even when the unpackers agreed that they were overcharging alfonso refused to fix it. This is a huge scam, they trick you in with a low quote, load the truck than double your bill. You can't say no at this point though. At this point the spring on you it's cash only despite previously taking credit cards. Giving them no liability on your furniture, so when they drop it off and things are broken, missing, or damaged. They just take off with your cash and you'll never find or hear from them again. Rude, horrible service, will not work with you at all. They will hold all your belongings hostage until you pay them and if you don't pay them they charge you storage fees on top of everything. Surprise CASH only Fees Everywhere. My move has gone from $3400 to $6000 and my stuff still has not been released to me. Suddenly another "shuttle" cost. Apparently the $900 they demanded last evening didn't do enough. Just try to call the main office for help. They just send you to dispatch who either don't answer or are very sullen with one or two word answers. Basically, nothing is their fault. This is the WORST moving company on the planet!!! First, they completely falsified the quote I was originally given, even though I gave an exact account of what was going in the truck. The guy who came to do the inventory on the day of the move said, well, a queen-size bed can differ in size. Um, no, it can't! They claimed we had more goods than what was in the quote, which was a lie, and the man (who barely spoke English) requoted an additional $2,000 above our quote. I fought with him for two hours and with his manager over the phone, but they never budged. It was a bait-and-switch scam because I was moving out of state and they had me over a barrel. He actually had the nerve to tell me to cancel the move if I didn't like the price; meanwhile I was in a rental and needed to be out within three days. What a joke! Furthermore, they never told us there could be NO loose items, such as an oriental garden stool, an iron outdoor dog statue, a bucket that goes with a mop, etc. EVERYTHING had to be packed in a box. So, they charged us extra in the amount of $400 to pack the loose stuff. Mind you, we moved all the boxes into the garage, so all they had to do was go from garage to truck (3 feet) with the boxes and then pack the furniture. Didn't matter. I tried to fight to stop the extra charges, but it was to no avail. The owner was in Russia at the time, and the rest of the people I spoke with were condescending jerks. All this after the movers arrived at 4:30 p.m. FOUR TO SIX HOURS past our original arrival window! I had to wait a week for my furniture to arrive once I got to my destination, sleeping on the floor with my kids. My large, flat-screen TV was completely broken, for which, after a claim and an appeal of the claim, I am only getting $27 for. The rest of the furniture came dinged or scratched. Many of my fragile items I bubble wrapped and packed in boxes and marked "fragile" were broken. DO NOT USE THEM! Whoever the good reviews are, I'm guessing they are fake reviews. read more
