When I first met with Cassie I had already pretty much decided on a different…read morephotographer, but I thought why not meet with her just to make sure, and by the end of our meeting I was totally sold. She is so kind, professional, organized and I just immediately felt like we were long time friends. She responds so quickly and made the planning process so seamless and easy. We had a small,…read moreintimate ceremony with our closest family and friends in the Spring Valley Nature Park in Schaumburg, IL. Conrad was our photographer and he knocked it out of the park! For months before the wedding, their whole team was professional and quick with responding to any questions I had. They were transparent and well-organized. We had two phone meetings to meet with Conrad before the big day. Even before the wedding, Conrad was so sweet and eager to shoot our Medieval wedding. His own excitement made me look forward to the wedding even more, since he genuinely wanted to be apart of it. He is so talented! And he went above and beyond on the day of by not only getting photos at the ceremony cabin, but ALSO traveled with us to Medieval Times (even waiting in line with us while we checked-in) so we could get interior photos. He captured the magic of our day! I've only seen a few sneak peeks of images (it's only been 4 days since the wedding!) and they are incredible, right out of a movie. I can't wait to see them all! When an illness came up, they were easily able to shift their coverage to make sure we still had two photographers and a videographer for the full time, which was a huge relief. Conrad, Ashley, and Jackson covered our wedding, while Liz did our engagement photos, and everyone was so lovely to work with. We had a lot of fun taking family photos and they turned out really well. We went a little over on…read moretime but she didn't rush us. I have not seen the final photos yet, but we got to look through and see some as she was taking them. We have a big family of 7 and she knew us all by name when we first arrived (after seeing a photo ~7 years old and being told the names). She was very communicative before the shoot; she called and had a Skype conversation and saw examples of photos we liked. She sent examples of poses and looks she recommended. She sent an email detailing do's and don't's and how to prepare. She talked with me about color scheme and backgrounds ahead of time. She was very good at directing us where to go and referred to us by name, which really helped with the directing process. She also took our requests and ideas into account and worked with us on photo ideas. I told her ahead of time that we wanted a casual and fun feel to our family photos and she was very committed to helping us keep things lighthearted and fun.
