I was late in coming back to the store because I had an event in nyc. And couldn't get to the shop on time The shirt was ill fitting and too large so I couldn't wear it. The store manager would not even offer a store credit. I brought someone to shop there that I knew would be a customer as I've always been a personal shopper. No courtesy to give me a credit. I can never use the shirt it was too big. I'll never be back, I'll never send or bring anyone because the manager is not a professional. read more

Do not shop at Wish! My mother bought some clothes and a purse. 2 days later she decided to return some items including the purse. They informed her that she will get a store credit for the clothes, but the purse wasn't returnable! She signed. The store receipt and the credit card receipt, the store clerk put the credit card receipt on top of the store receipt, so you couldn't see the return policy, she wasn't advised of the return policy and it wasn't posted by the checkout counter! See picture below. I returned to the store on Monday to find it closed, with a note on the door stating summer hours (today is October 5)! I called the next day from work asking for a one day grace period to their 7 day return policy, advising them I was the previous day, but they were closed. Explaining that I am an X-ray Tech at a busy Urgent Care practice in the middle of a pandemic, and I was denied! I left work to return the other items to the store including the purse. First I was told I couldn't return anything because of COVID, but customers are allowed to try on clothing in the store. Then she said it was past the deadline, which it wasn't! The store manager was rude and kept raising her voice! I was not yelling, I'm fact I was talking in a quiet voice as not to disturb other customers. Their business practices are shady to say the least! I intent to report them to the Better Business Bureau! There are a lot of better stores around that will happily help you AND refund your money if you aren't happy with your purchase. Obviously this store must not get must repeat business. read more

I am on vacation and my girlfriend and I went shopping. We walked into this store and I was immediately uncomfortable. First, The sales help eyed us up and down. Next, they were rude when we asked for things. They acted as if we were inconveniencing them by keeping them from standing around and talking. They talked about customers loud enough for others to hear. Everything tried on looked "gorgeous" even when it was awful. Had we not loved some of the clothes and shoes, we would have been happy to walk out empty handed! I will not be returning to this location ever again. I must say that I never take the time to write a review. But my experience with my sales person Charlana I think her name was, was delightful. She was so helpful and patient ! Now for the bad part. The rest of the staff was AWFUL!! The talked about every customer in there. They were lazy and comgregatimg around the cash register. I heard them talk about the friend I was with and also, she heard them talk about me. They were so RUDE to my sales person,rolling there eyes and not helping her. She was busy and asked them to please check the other stores for a dress that they didn't have. They said they did and they were out of the dress in all there stores. I called the next day to another store and they had the dress! I bet if I were to call the rest of there stores they would have it too. They get a 0 in customer service. They should all be fired, grown women acting like ill behaved children. Shameful! Will never go back read more

Went in for a couple mins with my mother and felt uncomfortable the whole time. An employer followed us , and was on top of us when we went into the shoe room. Didn't even state she was there to help if we needed anything because that would've been justifiable. Just there she was watching us. Please READ!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS WISH CLOTHING AND SHOES IS THE WORST LOCAL BOCA / DELRAY BOUTIQUE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING AT WISH!!! Boca has so many more reputable and reliable boutiques to patron!!! I would now rather the Mall than WISH!! PLEASE TRUST ME!! Owner / manager should NOT BE IN BUSINESS!! I have been a local business owner and boutique advocate for 20 years. I don't return items and I am very loyal to small business!! I paid $221 for shoes at WISH!! (Located next to Way Beyond Bagels) A great pair of walking shoes for a trip to NYC the first week of August and returned after wearing 2x. ( I will be purchasing another pair from another store. The shoes are amazing for walking. So now I will be out of pocket $400+) The product was defective of no fault of Wish. I was told by my shoe maker to return to manufacturer thru the store "Wish". The product could Not Be Repaired!! WISH did NOTHING to contact the maker of the shoes. They tried to repair the shoes , without my consent, and MADE THE SHOES WORSE!! "WISH" SENT MY SHOES TO A SUB-PAR SHOE MAKER!! When returned the shoes are un-wearable, and glued together with what looks like ELMER's Glue!! I brought the obvious glue stains (shoe should have been at least stitched) to their attention and "WISH" kept the shoes for another 2weeks. Upon my next pick up, WISH claimed they had another shoe maker repair them, IT IS SO OBVIOUS THEY DID NOTHING TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM and did not take them to another shoe repair professional. I was given, however, a whole lot of Attitude from the manager who is never available when phoned, and pops out of nowhere when you show up at the store asking the simple question of, why won't you do the right thing and give me a new pair of shoes or store credit of $221?? WISH refused to offer me a new shoes or give me full store credit! The offer of a $75 credit on October 21 was their conciliation for $221 dollar shoes that sat in the store (from August) longer than they were ever on my feet! I wore the shoe 2x. Nobody wants to lose $200+ tax only to be treated Horribly, and have nothing in 2 months to show for MY AGGRAVATION, travel, and HARD EARNED MONEY! I will NEVER go back to redeem my $75 for over priced items the STORE WILL NOT STAND BY!! Do yourself a favor and go to JAMIE's or MARIO PUCCI, both located within 1-2 miles of WISH. These local boutiques will stand by their Merchandise , give full store credit, and give exceptional personal attention without attitude, Unlike, WISH! Don't Waste Your Time or Money!!! I went into the store several days ago with my sister . The sales person was very aggressive and followed me around the store and even came into the fitting room where I was trying on clothes. I felt invaded . I had picked out four or five items I was considering . The cost was about $1000. I asked her if I could use her restroom. she said it wasn't open for public use. I couldn't believe this when I was going to spend that much money in the store. she said there was a restroom next-door at Starbucks I was thinking about walking over there. then she said to me "just give me your credit card". I thought she was going to hold it for me till I came back to the store. the next thing I know she charged me for all the items when I didn't even give my approval to move forward. she had a cold and nasty attitude. I pushed her to refund me for one of the items I was originally unsure about even though their policy is store credit only. . I wouldn't go back to this store.
