After a few weeks of conversation we decided it was a smart move. I'm so glad he pushed me to spend the money, because Ashley is worth her weight in gold. Ashley offered me Ayurvedic postpartum support twice a week. She helped around the house, entertained my 2 year old, cooked us amazing food and make me delicious teas. She did a phenomenal job of explaining what was in each food or drink she made me, and the healing properties they offered my body. She also took the time to help me with a core support garment and provide oils for maternal and baby message and lip balm to help my postpartum skin. She gave me tips on how to keep my body aligned and comfortable when breastfeeding and holding baby had my hunched over more than usual. Having Ashley around felt luxurious.
