For some reason, when I placed an online order for pickup at this location, when calling for an ETA, they said they never received the order. Typically, orders are received within 10-15 minutes and we ended up having to get our order the next day, instead of later that day. Upon arrival, the employees were friendly and prompt. The products we received were great and service was quick. No complaints there.

If its a holiday weekend, you will just have to wait a day or two. If you go on the weekday, my turn around time is 45 min to an hour.

Then I called Monument Worx in Houston and requested his estimate of engraving my father's headstone, I could'nt believe it when he said $300 to engrave, and said weather permitting he would get to it the next week. That was on a Wednesday and he called me 2 days later, on Friday and said he just wanted to let me know he was already there at the cemetery about to start working on the headstone. The interior is stuffy, almost like they can't afford AC. This is the main mall in the area outside of the Galleria but we try to avoid it when we can and only come to try on certain items or to return online items.
