Let Wise have certainly proved more than capable at all aspects of the management of my property, and I must re-iterate my appreciation to all of the staff at Let Wise for allowing me the freedom to concentrate on my own work rather than the ongoing management of the tenancy at my property. Communication provided to me, upon instructing Let Wise to market my property was second to none, as they kept me up to date on a regular basis with honest feedback on how viewings were going regardless to whether it was positive or negative. Along with verbal feedback provided, I also received a weekly report by email which included details of the number of enquiries being received which I found an interesting insight into the marketing carried out. Once the tenancy had begun, I rarely heard from Let Wise apart from when necessary repairs were required to be carried out, to which their maintenance contractors resolved quickly on my behalf. I have recently inspected my property myself, to which I am more than happy with how the tenants are keeping the property, who also reported to me how helpful and professional Let Wise have been so far during the tenancy. After reading the reviews it would seem that the Letwise team have had a lot of complaiunts in regards to one thing or another One thing that we would like to say is that when we dealt with the firm we found them to be professional and always ensured that questions or issues were answered and resolved efficiently and quickly. I know different landlords have certain ways but generally we beleieve them to be one of the better agencies in Cardiff and have recommended them to friends who have also used their services and to date have had no issues. We would also like to say that such negative reviews seem to be of a personal vendetta to the owner of the company and not a true reflection of the business itself! We had the unfortunate situation where Letwise is the managment agency for the house we are renting. Any issues you have will be ignored for as long as possible. They will promise a call back, which will never come. You are made to look stupid when wanting their attention on addressing issues. This in my opinion is a non customer focused company. I would strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs. We have been renting for about 10 years, but have never come accross people who put no value on the tennant. They are unfreindly and have a cant be bothered attitude. Most common answer from them will be, "im on sales I dont deal with maintenance issues". If you want customer service, or even a basic level of respect DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They are only interested in fees. read more

Have just employed Let Wise to get me tenants. This they have done. However, it is proving to be very difficult to get my £6000 plus out of them. The firm has lied to me already and my trust in them has gone. As it's Christmas/ New Year I cannot even get in touch with them and I feel very disappointed with the service I have received as a landlord and instead of enjoying my New Year with friends I am now considering legal action. Due to a great experience with Let Wise I decided to give Wise estates an opportunity to sell one of my investment properties. They offered me a discounted rate and a superb level of serice throughout the sales process. My property is now sold and I am content that size doesn't matter. Wise estates advertise on the main sites, so my property was marketed to a huge audience, despite them only having the one office. Had recent issues with my boiler and was left for several weeks without proper hot water.. even though the Let Wise team did their best to help resolve the issues, we also need to remember that whilst they mediate between us the tenant and the landlords its the landlords decision is the usual cause of delay in getting issues resolved.
