Refuses to come out. Says he can't help me. (I hope small claims court will) Some other notable issues. Asked for accent strip around shower - he forgot, asked for prehung door install- only replaced door,supposed to have steeltek tub- he put in fiberglass that squeeze crazy when stood on, tiles should have same size top and bottom when laying grid-ours is large on bottom and tiny ontop.
