They had the documents prepared well in advance for our review via email, and it was no problem for the husband to sign a week early due to being out of town. But again, with the weird closing times! The buyer had requested an end of the month closing, so I'm sure they were super busy, but 7AM? Really? The only good news was that when the husband signed, they told me not to show up until 7:15 since I wouldn't be needed right away. Overall though, I was happy with the service we got from Assurance. No need to drive to Appleton for a decent title company!

When we questioned the amount Stacie kept the answer vague and when we questioned again on the closing date, she didn't respond until after closing and then wouldn't fix the issue.
