I've been with them for years now and never had a problem until about a year ago. Their "overdraft…read moreprotection" includes charging you $25 for $1.70!!! When I placed an online order they took the money then 2 days later half of it showed back up so I thought my order was reversed because the store didn't have it in stock. So I didn't think anything of it then a WEEK later it's gone again and a couple days later shows up finally it was taken and now resulting in a $25 over draft fee they refuse to fix even though they admitted fault. I had to cancel my card and then because they wouldn't issue a new one I was forced to get a gift card that had another fee attached to it so I could pay bills!!! The number of problems I've had with them is ridiculous I'm moving my money to a fee free account immediately!
