We hired JETA to help us out with three small projects in our home north of Amery. Before the day…read moreof the project, we had contacts from JETA several times via text message to confirm the date and time of the project. I appreciated that because the first two electricians I tried to hire were "no call, no shows". Their communications were clear and concise. Robert did the work for us. He explained our options clearly. He was helpful in educating us what was possible and what might be preferable. He did the work quickly and quietly. He also cleaned up after himself which not something I've seen commonly in electricians. I paid some of the anticipated bill up front before the project day in order to secure the appointment. Paid the balance in arrears. The fee was reasonable, especially for the quality of the work. I would definitely hire them again. Scott Neal.

I went back through my history, no call or text from any number known or unknown. They were here for 1 hour and 45 minutes (two workers) for 3.5 hours of labor. I was billed for 7.5 hours. I was billed 4 hours for 1 hour of total driving time and something called preparation time at the shop. (I live 25-30 minutes from their shop.) I was told shop prep was gathering materials for the job- 35 feet of 12 gauge underground wire, 6 feet of 12 gauge interior, fittings for conduit to go into a shed(I trenched and buried the conduit) and fittings to go from the conduit to a box already at the house. The point is, there was not a lot of materials to gather. The guys did real nice work. They hooked up 3 outlets, a light switch and an overhead light, ran wire through and underground conduit. I had already set the boxes and run the internal wiring - their cost was over a thousand bucks. Not a good value. Shop around, my friends.
