Called Justin on a Friday. Said he would be out following Monday. Never showed. Finally texted me on Thursday and would be out on Friday. No show/call/text. Reached him the next week. Tons of excuses followed by another week of false promises. Finally showed up with apprentice. Crappy job. Tankless water heater install. Charges $600 and it failed 1 hour later. Day after day he says he will be back in the morning. The short of it - I had to call another electrician to re-do his wiring. Another $350. $950 plus water heater and other parts. I called Fenchel and got top rate assistance in sizing the lampshade. I then tried to describe the outer material, and Fenchel Customer Service assisted me in finding a material (they have hundreds). The price seemed very fair, and I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks. That was classic undersell. After 1 week, I was notified that my lampshade was finished, and was en route. I just got it, and I am thoroughly delighted. There is no way I could have found what I wanted, with it's odd dimensions, and I live in a very metropolitan area.
