We walked in to find a DJ playing music with the restaurant split into half bar half table seating. There are TV's and projectors on the walls, and some cool lighting features on the ceiling. My girlfriend and I each ordered a beer, then chose to split the Caesar Salad and the "Chef's Special" Spare Ribs. The salad was amazing and I honestly wish we had just ordered two of them. The spare ribs were OK, but not the better of the two options. The pricing was reasonable and our server was friendly. The music was a bit loud, but it was understanable considering it was turning into a night club at the late hours.

The atmosphere is great for chatting, playing board games and just having a great time. The bartender's were super cool and helpful as well. Loved this place. When you walk up, there are tables and chairs throughout the walkway and then an entire open area of tables off of the outside bar for a fun hangout. The building appears to be an old house turned restaurant and is so beautiful on the outside and so warm and inviting on the inside. The menu had accommodations for everyone - which is so nice as I am a lactose intolerant pescatarian! I got the beetroot and black bean burger both nights I was there and it was to die for!! I ate the entire thing both nights and just wanted more (it was a big burger though)!! I also had a watermelon spritz which was so refreshing! You can tell the owners/workers get to know their regulars as I saw them stopping by tables and chatting - which was just so fun to see! If you're in Zurich, I highly recommend popping by! I cut the steak into 4 pieces, and laid them on my plate so that when the wait staff would come back, they would see exactly how raw things were. The waitress came, looked that I had not eaten the steak, and gave me a weird look when I said "I was finished". Off my dinner went, and as far as I was concerned, it was going to be consumed by the little dogs that roamed about as you eat. Imagine my surprise when the steak came back AGAIN, as if to try it one more time. Nope. Game over. Imagine my surprise when they took it away finally (to the dogs or garbage), and with a shrug, still made me pay for the $34EU for the nasty steak. Not even a discussion about taking it off our bill.
