Picked it up a few weeks later, paid $350 cash and was told the battery was dead but all it needed was a charge and it would be good to go. This was obviously my mistake taking their word that it was fixed. My phone never did turn on and I returned it right away. They said they would have a look at it and months later determined it could not be fixed. I accept the fact it could not be fixed. What I do not accept is that they did not offer to refund my $350 or even a store credit for a refurb phone. I now have no phone and am out $350 because I took their word it was fixed. Am I wrong thinking this is poor customer service?
