The store itself is small, very clean, well-organized with calm helpful atmosphere. We would like to give a huge shout out and recognition to Ann who was the person who assisted us and was just fantastic in helping with our phone issues. She explained all with competence and empathy which resulted in a really positive customer experience. She is absolutely an asset to her employers, and we will recommend others to this location and to also ask for her to assist them although it is our impression that the personnel all work together in a collaborative way to assist customers as well as each other as it can get busy due to its smaller size. Kudos to all!

However, after I make a purchase in the store , the promotion wasn't applied. After repeatedly calling and returning to the store, about three months later, the manager finally reinstated the promotion. But he also added a charge--$25 per month extra for each line--and told me that if I moved the promotion, it would disappear. I asked why they didn't inform me earlier, and they just said, 'It is what it is,' and refused to help further. Very disappointed by their lack of communication and customer support." When I at T. The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a…read moreconsumer's mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. I was finally making a move from Xfinity and after a lot of thought, decided on Verizon Fios. This place was the closest for me to collect my Fios router and we locked it too. The age of internet makes things so simple that we set up the pick up to payment everything online and just had to show up at the store for pickup. The shop is among the many stores that the mall area offers and hence parking was not at all a problem. They had a good respect for the pandemic and strict rules to follow Social distancing and wearing masks inside the shop. We waited in the line and when our turn came up, gave my phone number and after verification, the service person brought our router and we were on our way out in no matter of time. PS - As far as the router, it has been a terrific purchase after a long battle of slowness issues we fought with Xfinity.

Do NOT do business here!…read more I thought coming here would spare me a trip to an official repair store but it didn't. Came in around noon on Thursday to repair a 1st Generation iPad mini and was told the repair wouldn't be done in an hour but until the next day. I accepted. The next day(Friday) I never got a call about it being ready. I went back Saturday around noon to be told it still wasn't repaired. When I asked for it back to go elsewhere, my iPad mini wasn't in the store to get it back. SOL. The red haired girl told me to come back later the evening when Jesse gets in.She then called me later that evening to let me know it was ready. Once I got there I explained nicely to the other worker Jesse how I was inconvenienced by two days for an hour repair. Jesse said he can only compensate me with an apology and that he was swamped with devices. He also stated that I should've stressed to the red haired girl why I needed the iPad ready by the following day. By then, I told him I am not paying him $80 for his issues but I'll pay him $60. He got upset picked up my money that I placed on the counter along with a phone and attempted to throw it at me. I asked him to please let me out of the store which he was hesitant about. For the terrible service and attempt to lock me in the store, I still paid them $70. Don't even come here if you're desperate. Spend your money elsewhere.
