My wife and I went visit Dothan to see my family and then went to Wiregrass mall... Nothing news because I was there alone two years ago Management team asked me to leave because of nasty my shirt isn't appropriate for customers.. They are narrowmind,I never had problem anywhere mall in Dallas,Tampa,Miami.. Washington DC different State .. What I notice I don't see any young people shopping there just elderly only.. So my wife and I was there last Tuesday and we talked about it and she agree with me something wrong with Management team and we notice nothing young people is interesting that Mall probably already know that Mall is Narrow mind.. That why young people probably prefer go somewhere Mall more flexible more open mind to shopping no rules from Management team... We decision not to come that Mall anymore.. Look bad already.. I hope Management team need to wake up and change to be more open mind..so young people would come again.. Bye bye I'm done there!! read more

The wiregrass commons mall is heading the wrong way. The food court used to have alot of places to eat. Now there is 3 left. It is definitely a shadow of its former self when it comes to the food court. Everything else is still going along with some stores closing and some others opening. There is almost no entertainment in the mall that's worth going to the mall. Rules are strict if your a teen without a parent. You're not allowed to go there. read more

This is an older mall with not a lot of shopping options I found that most of the shopping in Dothan are free standing stores near the mall The Belk and the Burlington seem to be the best shopping options in the mall for big box stores, there were a few boutiques like Francesca's and Alter d state that were nice and offered a variety of up to date boutique styles The food court had plenty of options for dining They did have a pretty neat glow in the dark mini golf for $8 per play Overall not impressed read more

Great selection of stores, nothing bad to say about it, just your everyday small-town mall.

Haven't been here in almost 14 years. It's actually improved. The stores are up update and the place is in great shape. It has the stores you need for the whole family and with Christmas around the corner try it out! read more

I grew up going to this mall so I was extremely saddened to see how downhill it's gone. Half of the stores, or more, are closed! Same goes for the food court. Taco Bell in the food court closed! That has been there for a long time. I can't believe it shut down. That leaves only four restaurants in the food court. Four. A few years ago they invested money into upgrading the appearance of the mall. It's a shame that was a waste since stores aren't staying. I hope that some of the malls big staples (e.g. Chick-fil-A, Victoria's Secret) are able to save the mall and attract new business. read more

This is a filthy place. The only good thing that it has going for it is that no one is ever there. No good stores. Also it has a Hancock Fabrics in it. Never thought that I would see a mall with a fabric store in it. That kind of speaks for the type of mall it is. I am sure that all the older women walking in the mall have something to do. If that store ever closes I don't think the mall will survive. Also I don't know if that is a bad thing. read more

Eh. For Dothan this is good place to shop but mall is old and out dated. Dantes, Taco Bell, chick fil A, and Dakota Coffee. Dillard's, Victoria's Secret, Kirklands, Hallmark, Bath n Body, Belk, not much else. read more

Small town mall with little fanfare. Stopped here for a quick lunch at the food court, and was not impressed. I won't be back.

Looked at several stores that carry fabric, but all are so over-priced. So i stopped into this store. Loved how friendly the male employee was. He was super friendly. Love that they have great sales and a great variety of everything I look for & need. Really stinks that all Hancock fabric stores are going to close. :( read more

This mall used to be very fun. The mall manager is rude and should not be working with the public. She should have joined the military. There are never any events held to promote this mall. It has a few great stores but the food court is pretty much non existing. There are flies and nats landing on the food that is sitting out waiting to be served. No coffee shop. The table and chairs look like they came from an early 80s mall. No nice sit down restaurant, so if you want to shop then have a nice dinner, you will need to leave the mall. Many malls have nice sit down restaurants attached which encourages customers to continue shopping after dinner. This mall clearly needs someone that knows how to connect well with all types of people. Not an outdated and rude person. Get out of this business lady!!!! read more

( this review is specifically for francesca's clothing which is in this mall) if i could give this place negative stars i would. every time i go in this store a blonde girl with terrible roots is rude to us. she acts like she's better than everyone else and is snobby every time we go in. love the clothes, but will no longer be shopping with them. wish this wasn't the case, but many of my friends have had similar experiences with this snob and have recently quit shopping there. this place was my daughters favorite store. now she hates it because a (late 20s maybe?) girl is rude every time we go in. daughter accidentally broke an earring and was trying to fix it and this girl accused her of stealing. the whole time we were walking around this lady gave us the stank face. then as we were walking out this girl was talking about my daughter (mind you we hadn't even left the store yet and we could see and hear her talking to her coworker). also had every intention to buy the earrings that she broke, but this lady was so rude we just decided to leave. would you want to walk around a store with a lady giving you the stank face the whole time? wish yall had name tags and i would file a complaint, but have no idea what her name is. she seriously needs an attitude adjustment. *SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK* read more
