Then, Covid happened. He closed his practice, and joined 1 Alliance. Biggest mistake he could have made. He's not the problem. This office is operated by the rudest and most unintelligent ass-clowns I've ever experienced. And his assistant Jill is a pitiful woman. Making an appointment is near impossible. Their response times on phone calls and emails are ridiculous. I couldn't take it anymore. I left this practice after being a long time patient of Dr. Haley because 1 Alliance completely soured the relationship. And the kicker - the office manager when you call the main line couldn't give two shits. No apology. No interest in righting the wrongs. You're just a number to these people. If Dr. Haley doesn't know how poorly all these fools make him look, he should. He really is a great doctor. But the entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. Any place is better than 1 Alliance.

It's Stephanie... and honestly she's exhausted me and worn me out so much just now on the phone I barely have the energy to keep talking. Let's just say I would advise everyone to pass on this practice. I understand giving seemingly former mentally-unstable patients may seem like good charity, but Dr. it's not... you may want to find a different job for her that isn't customer facing.

She allows people to explain themselves through their actions, and is able to name and correct those actions without ... scolding? Like I said - we'll see - this is a rough job (imagine!).
