They did an excellent job and worked very hard -- doing mostly a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I don't speak spanish but their english was certainly good enough that I was able to communicate what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing either a deep or regular cleaning job. They are located out of Burbank but came to Pacific Palisades (which other cleaning companies wouldn't do). Not sure why -- the fires are out! Thanks Carmen!

We decided to hire Natalie's Cleaning and I'm SO glad we did. They did such an amazing job with our apartment. Everything looked and felt so clean, and you can tell they really took their time and paid attention to the details. Walking back into our clean home honestly felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. Now my husband and I can actually relax this weekend instead of spending our free time cleaning. They were also very kind and professional, and the price was completely worth it for the quality of the work. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much!!

His prices are also more reasonable than many other cleaning services we have worked with in the past, which makes the quality of his work an even better value. He is reliable, easy to work with, and takes care of things without making the process complicated. We genuinely like him and are very happy with his work. Highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a dependable, affordable, and efficient home cleaner.

His work ethic and the results were so good we just kept adding things! After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Nick is detail oriented and fastidious, two great qualities for a cleaner. Our house was furnished, which certainly made the job more work for Nick, what with moving the furniture around etc, but he took it in stride. He seemed to really want to get the job done right. We highly recommend Nick, particularly for a DEEP CLEAN.

Updating two stars to five! Could have been better. They stained my stainless-steel stove top by using EASY OFF Heavy-Duty Oven Cleaner. Do NOT to use EASY OFF Heavy-Duty Oven Cleaner and make sure if you don't that no maid service you use does it can cause white spot stains on your stainless-steel stoves.
