    OK it's 2020 and we're here at the hotel even though it is pandemic and we are slowly opening things the pool is open, we are going to be afraid and find a hotel and fireworks see from the hotel front porch of the mountain. Good way to spend 2020 Fourth of July celebrating our anniversary of getting engaged? This is actually a gift to me from my fiancé.

    A surprising delight. We came here for a one night stay during a two day ski trip. It was unexpectedly much nicer that we expected. We stayed in room 210 which was HUGE... two queen size beds and a sofa. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and well stocked. We were lazy and decided to "eat in" at their restaurant and were surprised by how nice It was. They had a large menu, enough to make anybody happy, at reasonable prices. The staff was exceptionally attentive and came over several times to make sure we were happy. Great find and I would return.

    We always have the Winwood Inn and Condominiums in mind whenever we plan to have a ski vacation at Windham. The condominium unit that we booked can comfortably fit 4 people, it is equipped with a living and dining area and a fully functional kitchenette. The property is owned and operated by the Windham mountain ski resort Co. If you come to visit this town to ski, this place is probably perfect accommodation for you since its proximity to the mountain is about 20 minutes by walking. Although a daily shuttle runs hourly to and from the mountain. There is a Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel that serves complementary continental breakfast from 6:00 am to 10:00 am daily. It was also very convenient especially on Christmas Day when all else in town is closed. The private Movie theater with velvet seating is probably one of the best amenities here. Most of the films shown are PG rated (wholesome and ideal for the whole family). I am in love at Winwood Inn. The staff are really awesome. I will definitely visit this place in the summer.

    Staying here the weeekend of 5.5.18 for 1 night. This place is great for a family and very spacious. Front desk is clean and place is upscale. I will be here again next month.

    Lived at Northern Pass for 1+ year during Covid, and it was a positive experience. Good location…read moreand construction of the units. Heather and Elaine are leasing professionals. Repairs attended to immediately by Rivan who was such a big help. Landscaping impeccable. Never had to shovel snow. Clubroom and facilities are nice as location off I-9. Only major issue regarded my neighbors' smoking patterns. They often smoked from their patio, which regularly kept me from my own patio. Also had to keep my windows shut as allergic to smoke and to keep the smell out of my own unit. When the weather was nice and I wanted to get fresh air, would have preferred that they did not smoke on the patio, and would have preferred more time enjoying my own backyard. Northern Pass already has a no smoking policy for inside the unit, but I hope Rosetti management considers amending further to fully adopt a no-smoking policy for the entire property including patios. Much healthier and safer for residents. If needed, maybe designate a spot by the leasing office just for smokers. Smoking outside the unit still affects the ability for others like me who do not smoke to fully enjoy the residence.

Heating & cooling is very expensive, as the units are not well insulated, at least the first floor condos. So plan on paying high utility bills. Company still advertises new, yet the buildings were built around 2016. The grounds are more of a priority than the inside of the units. The carpets were professionally shampooed upon vacancy, and they still charged me a vacuuming fee. All floors were cleaned on exit, yet a mop & dusting fee was applied towards my security refund. If I knew they needed the $$ that bad, I probably would have vacated without doing any cleaning. We had to thoroughly clean the unit when we moved in, and we left it cleaner upon our exit, and still got knit picked for over a hundred dollars in fees. Water bill, a fee of over $200 was paid on 10/2/21, and upon closeout,(10/23/21), an additional $114 was deducted from my security deposit, for yet another water fee owed. There are at least two water bills per year, when you lease at Northern Pass location. Weekdays, there is staff present, weekends a different story. There are tenants literally using propane burners, cooking inside the garage. It was an unsafe atmosphere to be in at times, if you were close to this activity. Overall, not a positive or enjoyable experience. Hopefully, we will not be in a situation to lease again. If it ever did happen, I would not recommend this company or residence to lease from.

The Connecticut Condo Connection, and…read moremore specifically the owner, do not care about the tenants or condo owners and do not respond to numerous emails or phone calls when a situation arises. I currently have a family (with a baby) renting a unit and the CCC has unfinished work surrounding the unit that has been there for nearly 3 weeks. My renters cannot open their downstairs window because if there is a breeze dirt or gravel kicks up and gets into the home. Do not do business with them.

Her attitude is do as I tell you ( even when she has her facts wrong.). She told owners if they do not allow her into their unit she will have their door removed. There was no emergency either. The police were informed of her threats. Another instance the police were called on her for the stickers she put on an owners car that she had no legal right to do. Another instance she threatened to remove an owners patio because she had lost their "variance" letter. In another instance she told a contractor to stop work at the condo complex when the contractor was half way into the job. The board told the contractor to continue the work and argued with her they voted on this work to be done.!! She said no, they have to fill out my form. The Board said no, it is not required. In meetings she removes her shoes and exposes her bare feet while telling people how professional she is - maybe if she was doing farm work it would be appropriate. She has steadily lost accounts and her partner left long ago. The business is failing and she gives herself raises every year . Take it or leave is her attitude. The common fee goes up and her lack of service gets worse and worse with her bad attitude. The needed repairs on the property are not done. She does not gather bids. If you call to get an accounting question answered her annoyance is audible, sighs. It has been reported she hangs up on owners if she gets mad at you. This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau - what a big surprise.
