Whereas the typical property manager does a quick and superficial walk through, Alida takes her time to thoroughly inspect the house and grounds and communicates frequently about anything she notices. When rentals are slower, she promotes my property on social media and handles pricing adjustments to increase rentals during off seasons. Alida stacks her team with the best local contractors so issues can be fixed quickly if needed. I can't say enough about the personal treatment and hospitality we enjoyed working with Alida of Wanderlust. She bent over backwards to accommodate every request, to research dining and recreational options for us, and even to help secure a dinner reservation when the restaurant we were interested in was totally booked. Our 5 star treatment included being greeted with a lovely bottle of Prosecco, a birthday card and cupcakes for my daughter's special birthday and a spa basket on each bed with all of the necessities we would need. Alida was a great communicator, checking in before our stay to make sure we hall the information we needed about the house, and during the weekend to see if we needed anything. And then there is the house, Hickory Grove. We are so grateful to the Proce family for making their lovely home available to us.
