The office & the maintenance staff are always friendly & responsive, any time I contact them. Even for something I say is low priority, they come that day or the next. They take great care of mowing & ploughing. I do consider my apartment to be luxury level! I have an open layout living room-dining room-kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances & loads of outlets & counter space. The bay window in my second bedroom gives me a welcome eye on the world! I love having an attached garage & a laundry room with full-sized energy-efficient washer & drier. I don't know what these other reviewers are thinking, but it certainly hasn't been my experience!

Don't move here - I…read morelived at Stoneledge terrace for 3 years, 1st warning should have been after looking at these apartments and putting in an application and a week later being told all we qualified for was a basement unit - come to find out the unit we actually applied for was rented out from under us. Had to fight to be able to get a 3rd floor unit. The 1st winter came by and the parking lot was not plowed very well, my car got stuck a few times. Later on that winter as it started to warm up the roof ( on a brand new building ) started to leak. Unfortunately for me it happened on a weekend and when I called the maintenance # I was told it wasn't considered an emergency - I'm sorry but water pouring into a bed room is an emergency. A week went by with not much done and not having a bedroom - mgmt told me to bunk up with my Roomate or sleep on the couch ... no compassion what so ever. This also happened the 2nd and 3rd year. When we asked to move units we were told that we would have to re apply and pay additional fees to switch units. When it did snow there great idea for snow removal is walking around with LEAF blowers which woke you up at 5 am. And they only did this in the morning so good luck if it kept snowing all day. They also sent out emails telling people to move their cars so they could plow or you would get towed. Needless to say they never towed nor made people move their cars. Parking is a joke there, if you don't pay an extra $75/ month for a garage good luck finding a place to park. Also said garages that are for cars were used for storage, and we were told 2 cars per unit max yet other people can have 3,4,5 + cars. The buildings are very close together, there were many nights that even with the windows closed we could here a neighboring buildings dog barking. You could here your neighbors downstairs flushing the toilet, talking or listen to their tv. These buildings were poorly built as well, from one end of the living room to the other there was a 6" difference in height form the floor to ceiling. The sliding door was off and would not close properly or lock. And anytime something broke we were immediately blamed for it. The windows would condensate horribly in the winter, we went out and bought a dehumidifier but that still didn't help the mold from growing. When I called about that I was told it was my fault for using the shower. The last and final straw was a foul odor of sewer gas coming out of the bathroom for a good 6 months. We called and sent emails but constantly were told nothing was wrong. But the smell never went away. I spent a good week cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. Everything was pristine, upon move out inspection Stephanie flat out said wow the carpets look great for being 3 years old. Get the security deposit back and they deducted for excess pet stains and odor. There was no stains or odor. The staff mainly Stephanie are down right rude, on countless occasions she was just nasty. She is in the wrong line of business - not customer friendly at all. She likes to blame everything on you the tennant and can never provide an answer or resolution.
