Recently they went above and beyond to make sure a very stressful issue was resolved and went to extra steps to be sure that I was happy living here. No other place I've lived has ever done that. No apartment community is without faults, but when I hear people complain I often wonder if they have tried other communities in the area because I have, and this one is one of the best. Luckily theres a traffic light when leaving Park Ridge, so its never a hassle to commute on those early mornings to work. Deb in the office truly cares about her residents, and wants to make sure everyone is happy and she does an excellent job at it! Park Ridge is owned by Tri City Rentals, and they invest a great amount of money into keeping the place nice. The grounds are always kept immaculate and they repaved the parking lot to make significantly more spots. Whenever I have encountered a problem, Park Ridge has gone out of their way to fix it almost immediately. When my air conditioner broke, they went out to Home Depot and purchased a $500 portable A/C and installed it in my bedroom while they waited for a contractor to replace my central AC unit. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place, and to top it all off their prices are more than affordable.

Our pool was closed from October till February. They have just reopened it today after multiple letters, meetings, complaints. I actually contacted the Albany County Health Department personally to ask about the inspection that wasn't even scheduled. Our breakfast has been reduced from 7 days a week to 5. Our front door is being kept open while there is nobody in the office. We have an intercom so that front door can be locked We no longer feel safe. Many residents who had moved here for the indoor pool, therapeutic aqua exercises, security etc, have moved out.

I posted a review with this information on another site and they responded that I could call the management to discuss the issue. I did. they did not return my call (2 days later so far).
