Everything she described sounded perfect. They would separate mom's stuff in piles of keep, sell, donate, toss. I think we should've had someone (other than an elderly neighbor) there when they were doing it because my niece went to check on the house and retrieve the keep and sell piles. A full cupboard of very nice wine glasses was gone instead of being in the sell pile. Ditto for the fine china and heirloom flatware. A lot of valuable items were nowhere to be found. I guess when you agree to a 'donate' pile, you are donating the good stuff to the OSM staff to pillage. An item actually showed up on FB Marketplace a few weeks later. I was also told that they would leave the house spotless. It was a mess. My son and two nieces ended up cleaning the place.
