Our realtor thought we should also check with Ben and his team to get a competitive quote. Ben was able to save us money in both closing costs and monthly payment with a lower rate. We highly recommend giving him a call!!

I am a Realtor in Lake Tahoe and we often refer our clients to Heather Topol as she is excellent at…read morewhat she does.  Our clients love her and our transactions always run smoothly. NEO Home Loans offers a very diverse range of services to make sure you have the best option for your purchase at that time. However, we got an up-close and personal experience with her last year and it solidifies even more what we already knew - she is fantastic.  Our loan was complicated as Fannie and Freddie wouldn't lend on the condo we were trying to purchase - we found this out about three weeks into the escrow.  At that point, she worked diligently to find us another option and we were able to close. Most loan officers would have given up as this wasn't a huge loan amount and the complex nature of the loan was pretty discouraging. We are beyond grateful to Heather for working so hard, being so creative and doing so with such a positive attitude to get it done.  Thank you, Heather!

This was our first time using them, but it definitely won't be our last! I honestly can't imagine using anyone else for our loans in the future. We had a very short escrow, and a complicated financial situation, but that didn't phase them one bit. I had talked to other loan officers who made me feel like our situation was impossible, but Heather and Ashley helped us find a way to make our real estate dreams come true and they did so in an efficient and seamless fashion. There was constant communication, lots of advice, and tons of support...all things you need when you're in escrow on a property you don't want to lose. I have only great things to say about the Topol Team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loan. Don't wait, call them now!

We compared them all, and what stood out to us about the Lisa Wells team was: - It's a team - so while you do work with a few different people during the process, there's always someone available to talk to you. - They offer a $5,000 closing guarantee which we think helped us stand out as reliable buyers in this market. - They provide real estate reports, newsletters, and interactive home-buying dashboards to help you better understand the process. When the time came to put an offer in, the team was there to act quickly. And when our offer was accepted, the communication we received about each step to getting to the closing table was great. It was especially exceptional to work with Kario and Jennie during the process, and our initial chat with Lisa Wells was great as well. They made sure we got what we needed to get done during a very quick close. We may have been able to get a bit of a better rate with another team, and we did have some communication hiccups with a member of the team, but overall we had a great experience - especially as first time homebuyers. To top it all off, the team sent us a moving in care package with some helpful goodies, plus treated us to pizza to celebrate our closing!
