Instead they sent it to First Fiduciary. I never got it. I didn't know about any of this until I had gotten a letter from the IRS in 2023 asking where their money is. They wanted taxes, penalties, interest. We're still trying to get that reduced. Dan Lodahl made this mess by not giving me that 1099, he should be cleaning it up, not me. Whenever I asked for anything I NEVER got information I needed. I started out with First Fiduciary with $450,000.00 I left with $225,000.00 and that was after about 16n months. They were paying thenmselkves 2,500-3,500 each month. What did that buy? They wouldn't tell me. PLUS they got my checking. savings, and social security.

I would NOT recommend PennyMac…read more Had an unsolicited call with a loan officer, where some questions were answered. Never authorized or requested a loan. Received an unsolicited loan application and hard inquiry on our credit report without doing a loan. I called PennyMac and the loan officer who sent the application and left voicemails. The following week, still NO RESPONSE. My concern is how they obtained my private information, from an existing transferred loan. I would NEVER recommend doing business with someone who does this. To me, this is a privacy violation of the sensitive data in their systems.
