I could ask questions, get pricing and availability, and schedule my appointment without hassle. Tai was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed the AC maintenance, answered my questions, and explained what to look out for in the future. The office team also followed up promptly and let me know they offer tankless water-heater descaling and flushing, with clear upfront pricing. After contacting three other companies that would not quote pricing without a dispatch or diagnostic fee, I appreciated Lincoln's transparency. I want to thank technician, Chris Godwin, for helping us resolve our AC problem involving the NEST…read morethermostat. I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). Thank you, Chris! You're the absolute best! Sierra Air is *very* lucky to have you on their staff.
