Other than the emotional trauma caused by repetitive action, this pool is actually pretty nice. There are lots of chairs, a nice jacuzzi, and a 13 foot deep section with a diving board. Perfect fun for a hot summer day. As with all Woodbridge Village Association facilities, the Stonecreek Swim Club is maintained and cleaned multiple times daily to ensure a perfectly sanitized swimming environment. The only downside to this location is that the swim team takes over from 4:00pm to 6:30pm daily.

After signing up as a Satellite Swimmer, I had to chase down the promised monthly workout files every single month. I got the workouts for September IN JANUARY after multiple e-mails to Coach Mike and anyone else I could contact. I mean, if you can't get the workouts to me, I guess that's fine, but after experiencing the total failure that is the Satellite Swimmer program, I requested to be removed from the team in January 2018, April 4th and again on April 26th. I was charged AGAIN, and they are now saying that they don't "issue refunds". Here we are almost in May and I'm still waiting for the workouts from February, March and April. I don't think it's considered a "refund"when I never got what I paid for in the first place. I am really understanding when people make mistakes, and my multiple e-mails over the last few months requesting workouts over and over again, show that I have a pretty long fuse. But when a group makes MULTIPLE mistakes without any remorse and then tries to scam me out of money and tells me they won't do anything to fix their errors, well I'm just not OK with that at all. There are so many amazing Masters Teams out there, I really recommend steering clear of a group like this.

The way he interacts with children, motivates them while keeping classes silly and fun, is truly impressive. The company itself is also incredibly helpful. My daughter had a broken leg that prevented her from swimming, and the team helped us put our lessons on pause without forfeiting her recurring slot with Maxim, and even refunded us for her missed lesson the weekend prior. We've been incredibly happy with our time at Waterworks, both the customer service and professionalism of all the staff, as well as the skills Maxim helped our daughter learn.

We drive from far and my experience with Waterworks has been really frustrating. I really wanted Waterworks to work out for us; however, it's been almost a year now and we've had over 10 instructors. Our classes were on Sundays and they were often canceled or rescheduled because my daughter's instructors either called out or didn't show up. Perhaps people call out a lot on Sundays? My daughter takes a while to warm up to people so with the new faces and high turnover rate, after a year, she still does not know how to float. It's VERY DISAPPOINTING. Their customer service is great but there's such a high turnover rate at Waterworks... I do not recommend for kids who take a while to warm up to new people.

Played tonight once before dinner and once after dinner. Got to play with some friendly reasonable people. And when people play with a good attitude, like the ones I found tonight, it makes a good time, during my after dinner round, I noticed that the challenge court was open, so for the competitive people that want that kind of action, that court opens up for competitive play at certain times of the day. Otherwise, the other four courts go through some kind of a reservation system, depending what's set on the calendar.
