Having put off the act of dealing head-on with my bankruptcy, I found myself in Arsen's office with a letter from a supposed lender threatening legal actions against me. After getting lost on the bus along the way, and having him come pick me up(!!) we sat and reviewed the document and he assured me that it was most likely a fake! I went from being totally panicked, to feeling like I was in the hands of someone who could completely control the situation in the space of a few hours.
