I have a simple request, please send a replacement part to fix a tree that we WAY over paid for based on the price of the tree verses quality. I would recommend NEVER using this company for anything. I still have not received any word on my replacement so the fact that they offer a "warranty" is really poor excuse for words. I am SO disappointed in this company. They should at least not offer a warranty on their products if they aren't even going to acknowledge their own words. VERY SAD excuse for a Christmas tree company.

The owner creates each arrangement just prior to pickup and I was able to watch her make mine. That's how fresh it was. She also chose lovely flowers that complemented each other well, and the smell from them is lovely. She's right. They smell just like perfume.
