This year, the middle layer of lights were non-functional. To continue our tradition, we knew we had to re-do the entire tree with light sets. Knowing the lights we wanted [the originals had lasted 7 years without replacement] - we purchased them and went looking for someone to get them on the tree. After so many Christmas Tree lighting services came and discussed with us WHY THEY COULDN'T DO IT - Yaspis from LightsTOGO asked could we let him try! So delighted with his [& his cousin's] enthusiasm, skill and workmanship! The tree is beautifully lit and lights the neighborhood & our hearts again! SO GRATEFUL for LightsTOGO!!!! I was very happy with the results, and the technicians were professional, thorough, and courteous. What impressed me even more was how the company ultimately responded when some outdoor equipment was accidentally damaged during the work. The owner personally came to my home to apologize and took care of everything. That level of accountability and personal involvement is uncommon and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Toranzo Property Pros. They do excellent work and, in the unlikely event that something does not go as planned, they stand behind their service and make it right.

In the two weeks, I explained to them my back lawn would be dead. I left messages and no one ever got back to me. Terrible company. I'd never use it. I didn't realize they were a chain. Go with a small mom and pop company. You're much better off. They'll really care about you instead of just being a number.

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?

I met with a few decorators, but I connected with Danielle right away--she's warm, open, and incredibly knowledgeable. We worked closely together over several months, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She really understood our vision, while also bringing her own creative and experienced perspective to elevate the space. She was very mindful of our budget and helped us decide where to splurge and where to save. The end result is beyond what we imagined--our bedroom is now warm, moody, and cozy. My husband and I both absolutely love it!! It's honestly night and day from where we started. I just wish we had connected with Danielle before we decorated the rest of our house. Danielle was always accessible, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to transform their space!
