My partner and I went at 10am on a Saturday (early for me on the weekend lol), and it was nice that the ladies had soft voices while they were explaining the next steps. As we walked down the hallway to our room, I quipped that I wanted to decorate my house the way they had decorated and I wasn't lying! When we got to our room they had gotten the essential oils started that I requested, which definitely helped with the calming vibes. Before leaving the room, they asked us if we had any problem areas or areas we wanted to focus on. If you go, I recommend being really specific and straightforward with what you'd like. We were given ample time to get changed and settled. During the massage, I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed!! They don't talk during the massage except when you turn on your other side and to let you know it's finished at the end. Once it was over I didn't want to get up I was so comfortable!! Too bad napping isn't included. One thing I wished was different was that my masseuse could have massaged harder! Next time I will be more straightforward and ask for that. I also didn't realize they didn't massage feet, but maybe that's because I left my socks on. We had just gotten back from a week long trip in NYC with TONS of walking, so my feet really needed it! But they didn't know that. Just tell them what you need. :) After we came back out to the lobby, they asked if we wanted a cup of water or some kombucha. What a friendly way to end the experience! Overall I'm glad I finally tried a massage and have no regrets.

Which just so happened to be off of B street. He called and asked if they did walk ins. A lady answered and said that she wasn't busy, so we drove over there. When we got to the store there were two doors that looked like entrances. We tried the first one and it was locked. We proceeded to try the second door, which looked a little sketchy to say the least, and it led into a corridor. Once we got in this corridor there was another pink door. Next to it were two notes. The first saying "ring door bill" and the second saying "ring door ball". Which I just laughed at and rang the door bell. A basically naked woman answered the door, covering half her body behind the door, and my husband and I were quite shocked. He said "I called about getting a massage." She then looked at me, looked back at him and said no we don't do walk ins and shut the door in our face. Needless to say, I'm pretty positive that this is a whore house. Would not recommend.

So Great!!! My…read morehusband and I have both been groaning about our backs, and my husband more so since his back was broken a few years back from a drunk driver. We are fairly new to the area so we do not know which establishments are reputable. I used Group on to look up massage facilities, then checked the reviews through Group on and again with Yelp. Natural Therapeutic was at the top of the list. I purchased a Groupon for my husband and I, for 60 Min massage with Cupping. When I called in to make an appointment for the both of us, they only had one masseuse that performed the cupping so I let my husband have that appointment, and they let me do the hot bamboo instead of cupping. We arrived to our appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork, and were pretty much good to go. I wish I remembered the names of our masseuses but my husband had the male masseuse that does the cupping & a nice lady masseuse. Everything was lovely and wonderful for myself, and my husband was very happy when I saw him when were done. My husband has never had a male masseuse, I was wondering if it would be awkward but he said it wasn't and that is was amazing. He was strong and knew what muscles to work, and my husband said it was the best massage he has every had. Regarding the cupping, he didn't really care for it, but the massage was so awesome that he didn't care. We will definitely become regulars here, at least for monthly massages. The pricing is fair, the facility is nice, and the staff is awesome.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the design/vibe was gorgeous, and I loved the calming wave sounds and infused water. I was honestly considering signing up for a membership because the overall atmosphere was so nice. That said, I was unfortunately really disappointed with the actual massage. My husband paid extra for a deep tissue massage because that is specifically what I prefer. I used to be a massage therapist myself before becoming a stay-at-home mom, so I understand there are different styles and pressure preferences, but this did not feel like deep tissue whatsoever. The pressure stayed extremely light for the entire session and honestly felt more like a light Swedish relaxation massage. What made it more frustrating was that the therapist never once checked in about pressure or comfort throughout the session, which would have given me the opportunity to ask for deeper work. Since we specifically paid extra for deep tissue, I left feeling disappointed and honestly a little upset that the service provided did not match what was booked.
