This most recent visit was another excellent experience. Eric arrived exactly on time, came prepared, and worked with impressive care from start to finish. He cleaned my windows and screens thoroughly and then pressure washed my balcony and garage. His work was meticulous--he took the time to do the details the right way and protected my floors and surrounding work areas throughout the job. Everything looked noticeably cleaner and refreshed when he finished. What I also appreciate about Ascension is their integrity and customer-first approach. It rained within a day of the window cleaning, and Ascension proactively rescheduled to re-clean the windows that were affected. That level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. I've used other window services in the past, and none of them compare to Ascension's quality and consistency. Jonathan showed up exactly on time, introduced himself, asked me to walk the property with him and point out the most relevant areas. We did so and he went to work - never stopped from 8 AM to 3 PM. The windows are perfect and he did his best with the stucco power wash. I had 20 years of built up barbecue grease and smoke on a portion of my stucco. He did a GREAT job without damaging the stucco. Here's the best part. There was no BS from owner Tommy or Jonathan. No promises were made. They only said they would do the best they could without damaging the stucco - no false promises or guarantees. Jonathan stopped what he was doing to advise me he couldn't do more without damaging the stucco. The years of smoke/grease build up were too much, but he did a great job. Thank you. I will definitely hire them for my next window cleaning. Jonathan was friendly, competent and efficient. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and I got more than that. I had them come out a bit ago to pressure wash some things around the house, and clean a few windows which seemed pretty easy. It turned into a whole ordeal when their already over priced quote changed mid job to something more. Like I said we should of known better than to call a number we saw on a yard sign which fyi was like 1 of 100 we have seen in the area. Frankly I don't know how they are getting away with basically littering, poor quality workmanship, and still in business. As such, both Michael and Eddie came back, took a look, and cleaned the screen as best as they could.
